Yay! Finally, after trying many many places in Oregon & Washington, I found someone who can do my nails well! No chipping, no breaking, no over filing, not too thick, not too thin, no lifting.. Perfect! I'm very particular when it comes to my nails, I want them to last and continue to look good until I get them filled. It's been about 2 weeks now and they still look fantastic! Possibly the worst set of nails I have ever had. The man who did them accidentally cut 2 of my fingers with the nail clippers and then cut 1 finger tip with a very sharp edge of an Emery board. The polish was sloppy and I ask him to shape my nails in an almond shape. Well,... some are square and some are coffin. He ask if they were good, I said not really. He smiled and said $50.00 please. The '' spa" is dirty and obviously has not been cleaned in quite some time. Huge mistake on my part for going to this place. I will never go back. read more

I really wanted to love this place because it's close to home.i haven't found anywhere I love.cindys is the best from what I've tried but even there I always feel like they are trying to hurry. this place, the people are very nice but they have very few colors choose from. I paid for the deluxe but wasn't impressed.i think that if we all admitted it,we go for the massage more than anything.everyone can paint a toenail.if that's all I wanted I'd do it myself. this place barely gives a massage at all.definitely won't be going back.$35 plus a tip, definitely not worth it. I do not recommend the service here. My best friend and I walked in and asked if we could both get a mani and pedi and the gal said she had an appointment coming in and couldn't do us. Then another woman came in behind us and asked if she could do a walk in and the woman told her yes. She was very rude and didn't even offer to have us come back. Not impressed. I made appointment for 9:45 am and my technician was not there. There are two people who work there. The other tech stopped working on a pedi, and came over and wrapped my nail to remove polish. Second technician arrived and another client arrived and she started working on that customer, ignoring our scheduled appointment. After 25 minutes of no communication from either techs, I said my cuticles were burning, so one tech left client mid pedi to work on me. Paint that sloped onto my cuticles he attempted to clean with the drill. My cuticles still show paint which I normally would ask for better cleanup, but I was so done with this place. I went here 2 times...the first time the lady had done my nails and they came out really well. Came back a second time for a reshape and fill. The guy did my nails this time and I showed him what I wanted in shape. He seemed very confused, not very talkative this time around. My nails came out lumpy, misshapen, very uneven, super thick acrylic and not the coffin shape they were supposed to be. They are very nice people but the nails need to be better. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would! The man (I apologize, I did not catch his name) was doing my nails and cut up the sides of my fingers around my nail pretty bad. To the point that I had to put paper towels around them to stop the bleeding. When I asked him to be a little gentler, he got upset and said I was too picky and to not come back. So after he was done shaping, filing and asked me to wash my hands, I walked to the register and asked to pay and told them I wasn't paying full price due to him making me bleed so much. He then got upset, walked over grabbed my hand without permission and said "where are you bleeding?". I yanked my hand back and proceeded to show him. He could have cared less. This was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. Not only that but their place is not very clean and they do not keep their supplies in sanitizer. One finger that got cut, did get a little infection and later I had fungus under another nail. Please, please do not go here. For your own safety... read more

Not even close to being relaxing. Tom seemed like he was in a hurry to get done, so he was rough on my feet. He used a very coarse file and wasn't even looking at my feet while he was using it, so he hit my skin, and now I have scabs on three toes. The polish application looks hurried as well.
