Manicures: Nails are uneven, some were filed round, some square, one is pointy. I asked for clear polish - nothing was applied. On another visit, a hangnail was yanked off and that finger felt irritated for the rest of the day. Pedicures: Have not been as relaxing or enjoyable as the ones from my previous salon. Today, something on my big toe was either cut or pulled (which actually startled me). It bled for quite a while and they did not have band-Aids at the salon. The color was applied hastily and looks awful. The first time that I came to this salon, my leg massage was so hard that I had to ask them to be more gentle.
