Many of the items are bulk broken down into smaller packages, so not everything has all nutritional information. Bulk items, baking/cooking ingredients, pop, Lancaster chicken pies, ham loafs whoopie pies and more are available and always in stock. They also carry (one of my favorite things) Raw Milk! In addition to groceries, they sell decorative plants as well as garden plants along with outdoor furniture! And, as always, they provide fantastic customer service. They do have some great things, but a lot of it appears to be mass produced, even the prepackaged items that aren't fresh meat or cheese.
