There was no prior communication, no heads-up, no text or call to let me know plans had changed. I only found out after arriving, which made the entire trip a waste of time and effort. This wasn't just inconvenient--it was unprofessional. Appointments exist for a reason, especially when clients are traveling a significant distance and arranging their day around a confirmed time. If a barber can't make their own scheduled appointment, the responsibility is on the shop or the barber to communicate that clearly and in advance. I value professionalism, accountability, and respect for a client's time. Unfortunately, this experience fell short on all three.
