She was great- easy to talk to, able to make suggestions of what would look good on me, and took time to really hear me out. She was fun to engage with through the entirety of my appointment. The way she interacted with her peers also made the environment fun and welcoming and not catty salon vibes. I plan to return in the Fall to see her again because I enjoyed my experience and the result of my partial highlights and cut. The salon itself is also beautiful and inviting. One star down from a five star experience given how pricey it is and the new 3% fee. I forgot my debit card at the time and ended up paying $9 on the fee.

The mani room is clean and peaceful. She did a pretty good job considering she had to cut two of my nails farther back than expected once the polish came off and we could see what was going on.
