Salon - outside: They are located in a small, dated strip mall and, unfortunately, they have limited parking - maybe 2 spots for business. Salon - inside: The place is dated and unkept. The gel drying machine Lorena was using had nail polish marks all over it and seemed old. The vents on top of the nail stations were moldy and dusty. The man that seemed to be the owner was nice and gave me a punch-card for multiple visits, which I know I will not be using since I am not going back. I came here to get my nails done for an event that I am attending and this little nail shop met and exceeded my expectations! I booked a same-day appointment for a gel mani and regular pedi and the front desk lady was so gracious with fitting me in for today although they were busy. The nail tech, Lorena, was so nice and attended to me right away even though I was about 25 min early. The shop is clean, quaint and gives an intimate feel with a salon ambiance. There aren't any massage chairs, if thats the feel that you are going for, but for me, as long as the customer service and work is on point, I could care less about the rest :) I was finished in about an hour and 15 minutes and the work was impeccable! Although I don't speak Spanish fluently, I'm able to understand it so the ladies and I were able to meet "a la mitad" :) However, the lady at the desk was more than willing to translate if need be. The cafecito that was served during the service was a nice touch (and very delicious too). They even give you a rewards card and at the 10th visit you get $10 store credit. Also, to make matters EVEN better it was $45 for a gel mani and regular pedi! Can't beat that! Especially when some nail shops charge you an arm and a leg for mediocre work and a bad attitude. HORRIBLE! Literally the WORST nail experience I've ever had. Called to schedule an appointment and they said full acrylic set is $35. I come in person they said $35 is for refill. I never asked for refill on the phone I asked for a new acrylic set. They said $45 I said okay whatever. They start with my nails then they said it's extra for medium size nails. I've NEVER been to a nail salon that charged extra for medium size. So to avoid paying extra I told her to make it shorter. I'VE NEVER HAD NAILS THIS SHORT BEFORE AND THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR A MEDIUM. This is VERY VERY small. They should even charge me less for Extra small nails. If those are medium then what even is the small? It's a regular manicure if I chose small. Literally worst nails ever they don't even have a machine to dry off my nails!!! DO NOT BOOK ONLINE. I did on the same day of the appointment and the girl that was supposed to do my nails was no longer working there. Never again. The people were nice. The technician didn't speak English, but she was polite. My nails look deformed and the eyebrow waxer ripped the skin off of my eyebrow. 10/31 I am updating my original review. I did my nails on Saturday 10/29 so if hasn't been too much since I did my nails. I have to say that I am highly disappointed in my nails now. The nails are starting to come off from the sides and the front. The acrylic is literally chipping off and I have to say, paying $40 for a full set and having them come off in less than a week is highly ridiculous. My nails look like I haven't done them in weeks. The back is extremely far from my cuticles and that's not how they're supposed to be. I have to say that unfortunately even though the staff was nice, I am never stepping foot in this place again. Waisted my money for nothing. I don't suggest this place. First timer at this amazing nail & beauty salon. I must say, they deserve every single star. The staff was helpful the minute I walked in. The location is extremely clean and such an adorable little place. Price wise, not too bad. They have combo deals on some things and to me, come in handy. I did my nails with Ingrid & she was so patient with me. I'm very picky and have OCD with my nails and she did everything I asked her to. I'm happy to update my review 3 years later. The salon is under new management and better than ever. I have for 3 years gotten manis, pedis, acrylics and wax done here. I have also had my hair styled but never "done". Today I took the chance and "cheated" ony hairdresser of 9 years and WOW, I am so happy. Ada is awesome (and the new owner). You are still offered something to drink as soon as you arrive and if "Danny" is there you will most likely get fresh fruit, finger sandwiches and mocktals while you wait. Claudia is my nail tech and I would never trade her in but Yadira takes care of my girls just as well. Now the only problem is breaking up with my longtime hairstylist ... Wish me luck. read more

So unfortunately I forgot my manicurist name but she was friendly but spoke very little English. I found this business on Groupon and they had a great deal for a gel mani/pedi for $25. I purchased my Groupon and called to make the appointment. My initial impression of this business was a good one because calling to make the appointment was a breeze. They asked for my number and sent me a appointment confirmation by text. Nice touch. My manicurist started with my pedicure and boy was that a painful experience! She was too rough with the filing and clipping. She ended up making me bleed on 3 of my toes, ouch! I tried telling her but she did not seem to understand me. After she painted one foot, I got cold feet with the original color I choose and asked her to change the color. My fault! I was being indecisive so she called someone over to translate and they told me that since she was half way done they would have to charge me more - $12 for my indecision. No ones fault but my own. After that she did my French manicure. I thought she did a pretty good job, however, my only complaint is I asked her to make the French Tips thick but she made them super thin and I had to get a translator to emphasize that but she would only go up a bit more in thickness and looked at me crazy when I kept saying I want it thick. I also wanted the tips to curve but she was not having that, she said they should be straight. A battle I did not win. Oh well, it's a decent enough job for $25+$12 + tip. read more

Just had my nails done by Mariana and she did a fabulous job. I got a gel mani which came out perfect and so did the pedi. She is super sweet too! She told me this place opened in April 2015. It's very cute and modern inside, decent selection of colors. The owner had their little pomararian running around, she was calm but barked at the ppl coming in, nothing unbearable. $20 for reg mani/pedi $40 for gel mani/reg pedi, they don't charge the removal of the gel if you're getting gel again. One thing I would like to see is actual massage spa pedicure chairs. Nonetheless, I will be back :) read more
