During the wind storm in September 2020, our roof had several shingles blow off. The roof was only 10 years old so we opted to just replace the missing shingles. Two months later when it started to rain, we noticed a bad roof leak in our family room. We called Buena Vista and Edgar found that our roof vents were damaged in the wind storm and were leaking. He recommended replacing the whole roof. We filed a claim with our insurance company (Travelers) and they sent out an inspector. To make a long story short, Buena Vista replaced our roof and did an awesome job and Travelers paid for part of the costs. We live the gorge and went with ridge vents and heavy duty shingles. Our neighbor who is a contractor said it was the best roof installation he had ever seen. Buena Vista is the best roofing company in Clark County for the following reasons: 1. Communication: they respond quickly and communicate accurately. 2. Value: they charge a reasonable cost compared to other roofers but their workmanship is top notch. 3.
