The scheduling is frustrating…read more My Mother (elderly) schedules appointments for that and they repeatedly contact her to move up the date. She schedules based on her very full medical calendar and picks dates that are good for her. They don't seem interested in what is convenient for my parents but only what is convenient for them. They're pushy with her and she doesn't like it. They also call my father to try and get the dates they want, and go around her. It's frustrating to me as I'm trying to look out for them. If it was up to me, I'd go with Cooks. This happens every single year and I'm tired of it.

I though pest control services covered all pests, apparently not. I'm not going to pay extra or work with someone who doesn't let us know up front that there are certain bugs they won't kill. Even more surprising was the reaction from the lady who answered the phone. I told her that I wouldn't be using Daytons anymore and cheerfully she said, "ok".
