She charges $30 which is SUPER CHEAP. Try her once, and for the price is she unbeatable! That's $30 - for a wash, cut & blow dry. She does take credit cards, Visa & Mastercard, not AMEX. I couldn't believe how much these lashes brightened my face, but weren't overdone. I saw her again for the wedding and, again, in love. Leo is easy to talk to and she knows what she's doing. Lastly, when I woke up the day before my wedding with a couple of stray lashes, the front desk got me in quickly to fix. She told me that the frizz would be gone 100% and that my hair would be shiny and smooth. I trusted her because I had seen good reviews on her page. She also charged me an additional $50 because my hair is long, bringing the total to around $200. Unfortunately, the result was the complete opposite. After my first wash, my hair was dry, rough, and still wavy/frizzy. I honestly felt like the treatment had not been done properly. She then asked me to come back so she could check my hair and offered to do a keratin treatment. I have had keratin treatments 3-4 times before, so I know what the process and results should generally be like. While she was doing the treatment, I even mentioned that the product should be left in the hair and dried with a blow dryer so it could work properly, but she assured me that she was using a new and expensive product specifically for me. I trusted her again. After washing my hair 24 hours later, the results were still the same--rough, dry, wavy hair with no smoothness or shine. What made the experience even worse was the communication. She was very difficult to reach by calls or messages. There was even a time when she called me to come to the salon and then told me she couldn't come. She works alone but appears to schedule 2-3 clients at the same time, which made the whole experience feel rushed and unprofessional. I spent around $200 and went through two treatments, yet my hair is still in poor condition. This has been extremely upsetting and stressful for me because I trusted her with my hair based on the reviews I saw on her page. I'm sharing my honest experience so others can make an informed decision. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
