Had it's own kitchenette along with a small pull out sofa. Room and bathroom were clean. I always find hotel showers to be ridiculous with regard to water pressure, however this is the best shower Ive ever had at any hotel anywhere (and I travel frequently). Great shower all around with outstanding water pressure, showerhead. Bed was comfortable and clean. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good as well. Staff were friendly. I highly recommend this for a convenient stay when traveling through this beautiful part of the country.

I am greeted like a friend when I check in, wished a good morning by first name in the morning, and asked when they will see me again when I check out. The people that work here seem to truly love working here and this permeates through the culture of the entire hotel. The rooms are nice and big, love the small balconies, beds are nice (they always have extra pillows waiting on me) and the location is great. I honestly think if there was a Waldorf available here and they offered me free stays, I would stay at the Courtyard. Would almost feel guilty if I went somewhere else.

The cons: - The elevator makes a horrible screeching/squeaking noise. Doesn't really inspire confidence in the cleanliness and security of the property. - The pullout couch in the suite was so uncomfortable it was impossible to get a good night's sleep. There was barely any padding between the wire frame and the sheets. - The advertised breakfast is not an included buffet, but an à la carte menu. Most items are in the $11-$18 range. The main problems with the hotel seem to be due to age. Although the service is great and the lobby is lovely, the outdated rooms with old furniture and fixtures are due for an update.

We checked into the hotel around 12:30 AM after a long day on the road. We could not wait to get into bed or else we would have gone to the desk and had them find us another room. The air conditioner and the mini frig is our room vibrated and knocked so loud we had to turn both of them off in order to sleep. There was a wet spot on the sheet on one side of one of the beds that was concerning. Also, one of corners of one of the pillows on tone of the beds smelled of urine. If that wasn't bad enough, when my husband got into the shower in the morning, he found that the shampoo and body splash dispensers were empty. Luckily there was a small bar of soap on the sink. The only plus of our stay was that our dogs were able to stay in the room with us after we paid the $40 pet fee. Best Western Plus will not be my first choice in the future.

Got to the…read moreroom and was greeted by the smell of smoke and like someone had been living inside the room. It was hot and took a while to cool down once the air kicked in. But also- it just didnt feel clean. The counters were not wiped down properly and it just felt like it needed to be cleaned again. I called downstairs and the lady just asked me " well- what's wrong with it" we ended up staying in the room but I just didn't feel comfortable sleeping there for the night. The staff were friendly though- it's the only reason i gave it a two instead of a one that and the fact i was able to wash a load of laundry for $6 - with only one washer and one dryer not multi as it is advertised. Anyway, if you are someone who can sleep anywhere then this is for you. If you are like me and need things to be at cleaner- then don't come here. It was very quiet in this place and at the end of a street so it was away from the busy streets. even then, i honestly wouldn't rebook at this place. I'm going back to Georgia in a few weeks and will be finding a different place to stay.

Even the less classy ones were running $160+ per night. I'm typically a fan of Country Inn so opted for this location. Pricing was still up there. Parking lot was a mess and door in the back wasn't working properly. I did get a room with a huge jacuzzi in it, but it was the only room they had and this trip wasn't for pleasure so the jacuzzi was a bust. Room was fairly clean. Semi-renovated and semi-meh. It had everything I needed. There is an indoor pool here and continental breakfast (which was typical and fairly boring). Check in and check out was ok. There is a Red Lobster and Chilis nearby for convenience. Overall, nothing to write home about. If you need a ho-hum stay somewhere, this will do.
