I'm really disappointed with the fact that there's a big discrepancy in pricing ordering for pickup online versus in store. It defeats the purpose of having a pickup. We get to the store and if purchasing with debit or credit they have screens available for ordering. So, once there the screen offers the food items and the order goes in. It's still a bit of wait from the time they quote for pickup as well. This is food ordering at its worse. As for the food, I ordered lamb gyro, chicken gyro, boneless chicken, and falafel sandwich all with meals. Online the meal had no option for rice, yet is more expensive. The meals came with French fries. They were hot but didn't taste fresh. Perhaps it's the brand they're using compared to months and years ago. The falafel sandwich was ordered with hummus but there was none. It made the falafel taste dry. The boneless chicken inside is actually white meat. As for the gyros both came with everything and both were as good as we're used to eating at Loop Gyros. It's not what it used to be and I'll be headed to another place for my falafel sandwich next time. read more

This was our first visit while in town for Disney Weekend. Let start with they provided fast, fresh and friendly service. Restaurant location was clean on inside and customers appear to happy. I got my order online Togo; ready when I walked in door. We open containers and bam, Best smell ever!! We got gyro lamb sandwich only, extra rice and mixed kabob platter. Everything taste great; recommendations "lamb gyro". We don't have it like this in Charlotte NC. We are coming back to use the rest of Disney hopper pass at later date. I visited Loop Gyros for the first time and was impressed with the quality of food. I ordered a falafel pita combo (number 11 on their menu). My pita was so full that the sides couldn't touch! I ate a good portion of it with a fork! (Only half is pictured, I ate the other half.) The fries were well seasoned, but a touch soggy. I will be back! read more

Couldn't have had a better experience! We ordered delivery thru uber eats on Valentine's Day. Food arrived hot, fresh and quicker than expected. They even called to confirm! Portions were large and delicious! We had special requests (i.e. No onions) and there were no mistakes. We have eaten in and had a great experience, delivery was no exception! Nice little place. The Philly cheesesteak was huge, the gyro was wonderfully hot and fresh, and the fries were just the right amount of crisp. The screens displaying the menu kept cutting on and out, making it hard to read, but they also had paper menus. Carry out looked to be having a pretty fast turnover, but we opted to sit at one of the tables, which had the dessert menu printed right on the table so you find yourself staring at chocolate cake the entire time you're eating lunch. Nice subliminal advertising there. Looks like they have a good online presence, too. We found them just doing a local search while driving through, and were perfectly satisfied. read more

I have not been able to find any gyros that taste as awesome as the ones New York's random street carts offer, but I keep trying. Surprisingly, this tiny place right by BJ's and Pancake Insurance (snickers), actually has some tasty gyros. They weren't as great as New York, but so far, they are the tastiest I have found near me. Place is very tiny and was very busy as well. I'm down to trying the rest of their menu now and I'll be sure to report. Coming from NY I'm picky about my gyros. I actually don't like lamb but I decided to give it a try here and I'm glad I did! It was a little salty. It with the lettuce, tomatoes, onions and tzatziki sauce it was delicious. Their fries are so delicious and flavorful (they're seasoned) and the humus was exceptional. Best hummus I've had in a long time. Service was great, fast and they are very friendly and welcoming. The prices are ok. Not to expensive. I didn't give it 5 stars because they are very cheap with the tzatziki sauce. They only put a small dollop then charge $.50 for a tiny cup of extra sauce and $3 for a small order. Not only was our food made wrong twice (it happens, not a huge deal) there was hair in the food both times! I asked for a refund and was denied and told they would just make it again. This was interesting. I tried to order online but wasn't able too so I drove over and went inside. One of the people in back stuck his head out and asked if I had a pickup order and when I said no he turned and walked away. I then noticed a small iPad attached to the counter that I was supposed to use to place my order. I ordered a small gyros and clicked on the button for no lettuce. But I wanted a salad which they showed online in the menu. I called out to the back asking about salads and a girl came out and said we no longer have salads. That could be why my online order would not go through. I kept going back and forth on how many stars I would give this place. I almost gave 4 stars when I was handed my bag and the small sandwich felt pretty substantial. That 4 stars went right back to 3 stars when I realized that on the bottom of my pita, under the hot meat was a bunch of warm wilted lettuce. I did specify no lettuce. If actually ruined the sandwich. Hopefully they will be able to make improvements. I ordered from Uber Eats. I opted for the lamb gyro, which was shown to have fries. It did not come with fries which was confusing and disappointing. Just had a gyro platter and it was one of the best I have had in a long time. No more two hour drives to tarpon springs. The meat was great. Buttery in texture and perfectly spiced. No idea if they make it in house but really good. I got the impression from the kitchen staff they were middle eastern and want to try some of that fare on the menu next. Taste is subjective but horrible is horrible! Some reviews say, "The food was good", "The food was tasty" but taste is subjective. This review will stick to the facts. Gyros, I know my food, it's pronounced (yee-ros) not gyro like the spinning toy. They used to be all lamb. Then with the cost of lamb, people wanting Americanized food, it became a mixture of beef and lamb. This place - I think the only lamb in the food was where a sheep licked a cow in the field. This was the WORST gyros I've ever eaten. The meat has a crumbly, strange texture when I bit into it, the grease on the meat coated my tongue and I wanted to find a doctor to remove it to get rid of the nasty taste and on top of that, they put lettuce (I know, some people like it) on there and it was all wilted and brown on the edges. Even the tomato on there wasn't very good. I would give this place a 2 star rating because I liked the shrimp skewer but then the price of my meal dropped it back to a 1 star. I don't like to give places bad reviews but I want people to know where to go eat and where to avoid - Don't go here. Please Loop Gyro - make better food or find a new business to try. read more

My biggest gripe was the fries. They were soggy and some kind of tasted like dirt, almost as if the potatoes hadn't been washed before being processed into French fries. It's hard to explain.
