    There bubbles still left on the front of the car AFTER the wash!!

    DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on the "NEW Carwash". This car wash was an absolute joke. I choose the "ultimate" cost$ 16.99. After the wash, it left soap bubbles on the front of my car, and there was still visible dirt on nearly every surface. The entire process was ridiculously short -- it felt like they were just trying to push the car through as fast as possible without actually cleaning anything. Save your money and go somewhere that actually washes your car. Bonus: Free towel being give at the gate is for you to cleans up the mass left on your car that the machine left behind!

    This is one of the most interesting convenience / gas stations , I have been to in a Ten Mile Radius inland around San Francisco. This place has a little bit of everything for a pit stop. First of all most San Francisco convenience/ gas stations have lots loitering going on and it can be disrupting. This place is clean and also has great snacks ,good selection of beverages, and dim sum ( yes gas station dim sum). I wouldn't try the gas station dim sum today like I wouldn't try the gas station sushi twenty years ago.

    scratches and paint peeling after car wash.

    This is a formal complaint about the store management Rocio. This lady has absolutely no skills to be a store management. On the evening of November 24th, I took my car to the car wash at this location which is located at 398 Gellert Blvd. When I finished washing the car and went back to the garage, something terrible happened. I found a lot of scratches and paint peeling on the front right side of the car, my car even went from a shiny finish to a matte finish. I immediately went back to gas station and tried to report the issue to their staff, But I was told that their manager wasn't there, none of these people knows how to handling my situation, they asked me to come back and talk to their manager on Friday. On Friday afternoon I returned to the same place and was told that their manager was not there. After some tossing and turning, I was told that their manager worked at another store which is located at 390 Hickey Blvd. I reached out to the management Rocio by phone and tried to explain my situation to her, but instead of trying to understand the cause of the matter, she was very indifferent to me and told me that they're not responsible for any damage caused by the car wash. I had to go to her place of work and show her how my car was doing. She threw the car wash incident report form right in my face instead of saying Hello. I took her to my car and tried to show her where it had been scratched, but was met with a cynical look on her face, she even tried to pass the buck by saying that the scratches on my car weren't from their car wash. Really? Rocio, do you really think you will knows my car better than myself? She even tried to tell me that they posted a disclaimer outside the car wash and told me that I can go to take a photo if I like. But hey! However, the disclaimer does not mean that you do not need to maintain your equipment to cause all this damage to my car even though I have followed the rules. All right, I completed the car wash incident report form and asked her when I would hear back, but I was told " I DON'T KNOW" on every single question I had asked after I had the incident form get completed. "Nothing else I can do it for you, your situation are took over from our corporate office now" she said. Mrs Rocio, as a store manager, do you feel your attitude, your ability to work, and your customer service are really what a manager should be? Based on your attitude and ability to deal with problems, I will definitely follow up my situation, if you don't want to deal with it, I'll deal with your corporate office, if your corporate office doesn't want to deal with it, I'll go over to the Best Business Bureau. Because I believe customers should be treated as they should be treated.

The cashier told me that "we have a problem, it is half off today." Naturally, I was happy about the deal. However, I saw a charge for $48 dollars and realized my cashier signed me up for a car wash membership without my consent. I did not agree to these terms and wanted a single wash for $28. Afterwards, my cashier would not let me see the receipt until I probed him to show me the receipt before paying to make sure I was not enrolled in a $48 membership without my consent. I will never come here again because that is disrespectful and predatory business. Avoid this place. Additionally, vacuum has a $5 fee for 5 minutes. You are better off buying a portable vacuum and doing the work at home.

    This was my second time bringing my vehicle to Precision Auto Body & Detail. They have always done…read moregood work, or so I thought. Overall, the quality of their service and what they guarantee is spot on, but the attention to detail is lacking, heavily. For $400 I should be getting top-notch service. I should be the VIP of your establishment for the day! And I wasn't. Honestly, it's just simple things that shouldn't be overlooked that truly matter. What does a $400 "Complete Auto Detailing" get you? PROS: Exterior - Wash, Dry, Clay Bar, Wax, Protective Sealant, Wheel cleaning, and Tire shine. Your vehicle will glisten almost to perfection in a way that is showroom quality. Interior - As they claim, "a complete shampoo of the interior including the carpets, seats and floormats." And this is where it stops. CONS: Honor the time agreement! I booked my appointment on Tuesday 3/17 for Friday 3/20 and was told to drop my vehicle off between 8 and 8:30am. So I arrived at 815a on the day of my appointment, only to find that the front office door was locked, dark and unoccupied on the inside. It's not a good business practice to tell clients to arrive or be somewhere at a certain time and you, yourself, are not there. Exterior - No attention to detail for the small things. It's easy to spray on car washing foam and then pressure wash it off. But when you overlook the wheel wells that's an issue. The area that a spray wash just doesn't get it. Don't call yourself a "detailing shop" if you're not going to take the time to look at and address the minor details. My vehicle is White, and just like a Black car, it shows the dirt along with everything else. Had you been paying attention, you would have and should have caught this. Don't be afraid to get down on your hands and knees and put some "elbow grease" scrubbing effort into thoroughly cleaning ALL the parts that needed to be cleaned. If there's paint and clearcoat, it shouldn't be overlooked. Interior - While they also clean and wipe the door panels, dashboard or door jambs, this is where they fell short with the quality of service by my standards. My interior gas cap door was not cleaned/wiped. The engine hood was not opened nor was it wiped and cleaned either. (See pictures) It's not like I was asking for a steam cleaning of the engine bay, but nonetheless, it's a door with a crease and hinges. If your claim is "we wipe the door panels and door jambs," under the hood shouldn't have been overlooked. Again, details matter. Honestly, you didn't even try and make an attempt and it shows. The sad thing about this whole process compared to other detail shops is they don't "Deliver" your car to you. They don't walk you out to your vehicle and go over the details of everything that they did and inquire about your level of satisfaction. Because if it's not right they'll fix it. Unfortunately at Precision Auto Body & Detail you just walk in, pay, get your keys back, and then off you go. On to the next one. I've been to other auto detail shops that treat you like royalty from start to finish that are equally comparable in price. Maybe I'll spend the extra $200 somewhere else going forward, that I know for certain won't overlook the simple and minor details.
