On Friday morning after getting our van back from being cleaned around 10am, my wallet was simply sitting in the center console with everything in it. Don't know where they found it but I really appreciate the honesty (must have found it in some nook or cranny, so i know they did a great job). We have 3 small kids and come from time to time to keep the van tidy & we're always happy with the result (as are the kids, they always notice right away when it gets a clean). Thank you!

During my most recent visit, I had a simple question about the different cleaning packages because it wasn't very clear what each service included. The employee basically ignored my question and handed me a receipt for an interior and exterior "rub down," which ended up costing just under $39. The service was close to what I wanted, but the quality of the interior cleaning was very inconsistent. Parts of the car were cleaned, but my center console was still filthy afterward. I asked if I could borrow the vacuum to clean it myself, and to their credit, one of the employees came over and did a quick vacuum job for me. That effort is the reason for the 2-star rating instead of 1. Overall, the customer service and attention to detail just aren't what they used to be. Disappointing experience.

I don't know who the owner is but its unfair and uneven pricing for non-working vacuums, I was really upset at the end of the day. I realized I had to press the circle dial buttons to choose which function I wanted to start with, then the hose would start spraying out water. $3 for 4.5 minutes. Fair price especially in the city. I had a handful of microfiber towels in my car which really came in handy to dry my car, but I'll definitely bring more to hand-dry it properly. I'll have to wash my car more regularly to be more efficient in the future.

He spent hours with all kinds of tools and, from my brief view from the window, dug deep into my rims and tires and every nook and cranny of my pride and joy. The end result was - well, like a brand new car! After the deep clean, we pulled the car into my garage, and then the magic happened. Phablo waxed and polished and worked his magic until my car really did look like the day I bought it. I had unfortunate tree sap and overspray with nature debris - he clay-bared this to a near-new finish. He gave me one, and I asked for another, and he told me I would have to pay $1.20 for an additional wipe. That is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable, especially considering how many times I've come here and haven't been provided any wipes at all. If these are supposed to be included with the service, customers shouldn't have to ask repeatedly or be charged for an additional wipe. Very disappointing and unacceptable customer service. This was my second time bringing my vehicle to Precision Auto Body & Detail. They have always done…read moregood work, or so I thought. Overall, the quality of their service and what they guarantee is spot on, but the attention to detail is lacking, heavily. For $400 I should be getting top-notch service. I should be the VIP of your establishment for the day! And I wasn't. Honestly, it's just simple things that shouldn't be overlooked that truly matter. What does a $400 "Complete Auto Detailing" get you? PROS: Exterior - Wash, Dry, Clay Bar, Wax, Protective Sealant, Wheel cleaning, and Tire shine. Your vehicle will glisten almost to perfection in a way that is showroom quality. Interior - As they claim, "a complete shampoo of the interior including the carpets, seats and floormats." And this is where it stops. CONS: Honor the time agreement! I booked my appointment on Tuesday 3/17 for Friday 3/20 and was told to drop my vehicle off between 8 and 8:30am. So I arrived at 815a on the day of my appointment, only to find that the front office door was locked, dark and unoccupied on the inside. It's not a good business practice to tell clients to arrive or be somewhere at a certain time and you, yourself, are not there. Exterior - No attention to detail for the small things. It's easy to spray on car washing foam and then pressure wash it off. But when you overlook the wheel wells that's an issue. The area that a spray wash just doesn't get it. Don't call yourself a "detailing shop" if you're not going to take the time to look at and address the minor details. My vehicle is White, and just like a Black car, it shows the dirt along with everything else. Had you been paying attention, you would have and should have caught this. Don't be afraid to get down on your hands and knees and put some "elbow grease" scrubbing effort into thoroughly cleaning ALL the parts that needed to be cleaned. If there's paint and clearcoat, it shouldn't be overlooked. Interior - While they also clean and wipe the door panels, dashboard or door jambs, this is where they fell short with the quality of service by my standards. My interior gas cap door was not cleaned/wiped. The engine hood was not opened nor was it wiped and cleaned either. (See pictures) It's not like I was asking for a steam cleaning of the engine bay, but nonetheless, it's a door with a crease and hinges. If your claim is "we wipe the door panels and door jambs," under the hood shouldn't have been overlooked. Again, details matter. Honestly, you didn't even try and make an attempt and it shows. The sad thing about this whole process compared to other detail shops is they don't "Deliver" your car to you. They don't walk you out to your vehicle and go over the details of everything that they did and inquire about your level of satisfaction. Because if it's not right they'll fix it. Unfortunately at Precision Auto Body & Detail you just walk in, pay, get your keys back, and then off you go. On to the next one. I've been to other auto detail shops that treat you like royalty from start to finish that are equally comparable in price. Maybe I'll spend the extra $200 somewhere else going forward, that I know for certain won't overlook the simple and minor details.

Hermes is the best person that we have dealt with when it comes to car repairs. In moments like these you need people that are super knowledgeable but most importantly empathetic. Hermes hits all of this points and his communication is top notch. He has helped us both 3 times so far and has left our cars brand new. I hope no one has to go to the body shop to get their cars repaired but if there is any place I recommend is Precision Body Shop!

Solid prices and great service…read more A few years ago, I stubbornly thought I could handle car seat stains on my own by renting one of those steam vacuums from Home Depot. Lo and behold, this only worsened things and I've sat with my regret for too long. I got so tired of looking at my stained car seats that I bit the bullet, and am lucky that I found Details R Us so quickly. I went with an interior shampooing and defogging my lights since those weren't looking to hot either. Altogether this took about 1.5 - 2 hours. There's a plaza that's about ~5 minutes away with a Starbucks, so I Ubered there and got some work done in the meantime. I got this detailing done last month and my car has been IMMACULATE since then. Richie is also very friendly and I didn't feel once that he was trying to tack on any services I didn't want. Will be back for an annual refresh :^)
