I checked the roof to see if they had waxed it yet, and mentioned it to the person that it was still dry. The cashier told me he's the best, and I assumed he would get it. I walked off and waited until he was done. At 610pm, my van was ready. I checked the roof again, and still dry. I told the guy, and he told me he got to the places he could reach, which wasn't very high, because it was all unwaxed. They told me to return the next day so they could correct it... But they had the van for 9 hours. The cashier offered to take off the oversized fee, but still rang me up and forgot to apply my coupon for $20 off. When I got home I noticed it hasn't been buffed out and the back door was not waxed. Bummer. $130 for a 15 min job. Whatever. Getting a car detailed in fxbg is hit or miss.
