It's a pretty small bowl for what you pay for, but surprisingly filling. The staff was super nice. This place is inside a gym, so you'll have people coming and going from their workouts. Super low key place. Would come back here again to try their other smoothies.

The only drawback that I experience after a taxing leg workout is feeling nutritionally depleted. After one particular grueling workout in which I planned on running a few errands afterwards, I realized that I would need something to satisfy my rumbling stomach until I made it home. Fortunately, the Healthy Blenz Café was open (they open at 9am, seven days a week - located within In-Shape Fitness)! After perusing the menu, I saw an option called the Peanut Butter Builder drink (located within the OG Protein Smoothies section of the menu) that contained 48 grams of protein (perfect as a post-workout treat) and was described as "a Reese in a cup"...if you know me, you know that I love Reeses! I opted for the regular 16oz option, which was more than enough for me. While paying, the employee assisting me thoughtfully suggested that I join the Healthy Blenz loyalty program that allows for you to receive a free drink after accumulating a certain amount of points. The Peanut Butter Builder was exactly as advertised (delicious), if only it came with a Reeses Peanut Butter Cup on the side (I can dream right?)! Thank you Healthy Blenz Café, I will be back soon!

They have a large selection of Vietnamese, coffees, smoothies, Matcha drinks, different desserts, but as their name suggests , they specialize in sugarcane juice. I looked at the different items on the menu, and I decided to shoot the works with the A1 corner special. You can get it with coconut juice, but I decided to have it regular. It still came with. Sugarcane with peanuts, coconut shavings, jello: coconut, pandan, coconut pandan, & coffee jelly. Of course, I took one sip, and it was so good, I tore into it before I remembered to take a picture. I really have to stop doing that. It was really good. The sugarcane juice did have a very mild grassy flavor, but that's what you get with sugarcane juice. It did not detract from the juice at all, it actually added to the flavor. All of the other mix ins added to the flavor as well. It was a refreshing, excellent drink. The price was reasonable for what I got. I want to try this place again. Thanks

Their sugarcane with kumquat and sugarcane with pennywort are refreshing! But my absolute fave is their pandan sago dessert. It's light and refreshing with all the great textures of pudding, grass jelly, tapioca pearls, something with a nice crunchy bite and a few other items in there. The coconut milk is perfectly sweetened as well. It's one of my faves now.

When we got there it was a full house. All the tables were full with people sitting and chatting which speaks to the coziness of it. I tried the banana matcha and the white chocolate mocha. I walk up to the counter and asked for the Mango Sticky Rice and the guy who helped me, idk what his name is had an attitude and was like we're out of it. I'm thinking to myself, sooo if you KNOW you're of something that's popular and on the menu, maybe you should put a sign somewhere stating that it's currently NOT AVAILABLE. Then I had to call back home to let my siblings know that the initial drink they wanted was not available, so they can choose something else and again the guy taking the order wad annoyed. My siblings decided upon the Mangonada with brown sugar boba and the iced Dubai Chocolate Matcha. Unfortunately, brown sugar boba was not available was all out for the day according to the cashier.. but no sign stating that they were sold out. I had to call my siblings again to let them know and ask if they wanted crystal boba as a replacement. To keep the order going while I was calling them, I asked for a mochi waffle and the guy threw his hands up annoyed and was like do you not want the boba for drink? I told the cashier I'll have the crystal boba instead of the brown sugar since it's currently unavailable, and the guy goes with an attitude... soo do you want the crystal boba? I said yess...yes I do. The Iced Dubai Chocolate Matcha was alrightt. It is definitely not all that it is hyped up to be. The drink IMO was just a basic iced matcha with chocolate drizzle on the side of the cup and the pistachio foam that barely tasted like pistachio.
