I ordered a large bowl, but the portion I received looked smaller than a medium. The ingredient manager tray clearly shows the correct portion size, and what I was served didn't match that at all. I paid full price for a large, but the ingredients were noticeably short. What made the experience worse was the interaction with the manager, Trey. He was very rude and not considerate of my time. There was no apology or effort to fix the situation. He even claimed he was the one who made the bowl, but that doesn't change the fact that the portion was clearly off. When customers are paying for a certain size, they should receive the correct portions. I expect better customer service and accountability from management read more

Finally, I ordered the Acai Super Antioxidant with the ingredients of: soymilk, acai grape juice, blended strawberries, blueberries, raspberry sherbet, and daily vitamins + a zinc boost. My sister and her husband got the Tropical Dragon Twist: mango and passionfruit, flavored pear juice, blended raspberry sherbet, pomegranate, flavored apple juice, and blended mangos with organic dragon fruit. Our dad got the Watermelon Breeze: watermelon, grape juice, blended raspberry sherbet, strawberries, and pineapple. As you can probably tell, the ingredients of each smoothie, sounds mouth watering, thirst quenching, and healthy. Jamba, Starbucks and Target all in the same complex, making it the perfect trifecta! After grabbing groceries my weirdo kids always want Starbucks but I head for this Jamba for myself every time. I'm always greeted and welcomed, service is fast for the most part. During hotter months on weekends it can get a little backed up but still never too long of a wait. While the Delta Shores location is a tad closer to me, this location beats them out on both customer service and cleanliness. I have to admit, this location is probably one of my least favorite in the area. I've gotten into the habit of coming here before one of my classes at CRC and grabbing a Mango-A-Go-Go shake with whey before class so that I have my protein for my gym workout after. There is no fruit bits or bits of ice in it. The taste is sooo good as if you are eating a orangesicle cream bar. I order myself a large açaí super antioxidant with energy boost. Paid the difference of $1.64 for the large and boost. My drink was also well blended and tasted very smooth without chunks of fruit stuck at the bottom. The staff here are fantastic. Smiling and positive attitude. Greeting every customer that walks in. Makes you want to frequent more to the location and leaving happily satisfied with the service and drink quality.
