I have used De La Cruz three times now, and Baltar's crews never fail. I have a huge Fruitless Mulberry out front. I called a few companies for estimates, one showed before Baltar came by. They did a terrible job on my trees. They overcharged for what was done. They barely trimmed one of my trees and I had to ask them to take out the dead branches amongst other things. I will never use them again and I warn others against using them. In my experience I believe them to be dishonest and took advantage of me. They're also very high priced. We requested a bid on cutting some trees with the stumps ground, as well as cutting several privits and three liquid ambers. We took bids from several companies. I found a flyer in my mail about this company and called to see if they would be able to trim my very large oak tree. They called back within an hour or so, and said he would be by the next day to give an estimate. He was there when promised and gave a VERY reasonable quote. I asked when they could do the work and he said in "2 days" between 10:00 and 12:00. They were here about 10:30. All three wearing masks. I asked if they would be able to get rid of a volunteer tree in the middle of some ivy. Gave me another reasonable price and they were able to trim my tree, whack down the volunteer tree, remove all branches and shred them within an hour and 1/2. I was very impressed with their professionalism, their masks, their promptness in both initially responding to my call and being on time today and then done so quickly, and all cleaned up.
