Then gave me a quote double what anyone else had quoted - after I called 6 times, speaking to someone every time - before receiving an absurd quote 2 hours later. They held my car and wouldn't give it back without paying the diagnostic fee - then told me that I probably shouldn't come back ever again. John, the other man anger apologized, and said that's not how things typically work there, and that they'd consider reimbursing me for the diagnostic test the following week. Just spoke to Gary asking if they were going to - he laughed, said absolutely not, and ended the conversation there. It wasn't even my idea to seek reimbursement, it was their other managers. Clearly horrific line of communication there, and zero standard of service, hospitality, or customer retention or support. DONT GO HERE.
