They stated no they did a camera walk around for me and started it up and I bought it and had it shipped. My mistake was trusting a business to do and tell me the right thing. I completely understand maybe needed new tires as I could see in the walk around. I've had this car since May and still can't drive it and already dropped over 3k into it. Things they would have 100% known about. Examples Blinker doesn't work, needed a wheel bearing, missing all inner wheel wells, center caps for wheels were on car on video walk around and when I got it they were off, side marker blinker doesn't work, tail light assembly needed replaced, ground affects were falling off, headlights stay on and don't shut off now, not to mention oil pain gasket leak and leak in return line for the turbo. Within days, we were dealing with problems that should have been caught before the car was ever sold. Because of those issues, we were moved into another vehicle -- which also ended up having problems shortly after purchase. When we decided to voluntarily return the vehicle, we acted in good faith. We dropped it off with the key and a written letter explaining everything. Since then, communication has completely broken down. Phone calls, emails, and messages have gone unanswered for weeks. To make matters worse, the vehicle has now been resold -- yet they are still refusing to refund our down payment. We were told it was "as-is," but nowhere in our signed paperwork did it clearly state that our down payment would be automatically forfeited if we surrendered the vehicle. Keeping our deposit while also reselling the car does not feel ethical or fair. We tried to resolve this privately and respectfully. We weren't looking for a fight -- just accountability and good faith. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. I would strongly encourage anyone considering buying from here to read every line of paperwork carefully and make sure you fully understand their policies before signing anything.
