I've switched my whole household to him. My glasses were a little pricey but I like them. The only thing I don't line is having to call in before you can go in but I get it. First of all let me say that it's easier to get a quick appointment. When you arrive you are greeted with a smile and treated with respect. They truly value their patients and customers. The Optometrist assistant will take the initial stage of some of the testing. Afterwards the doctor will take his time with you as he goes through his different stages of testing. At this time I recommend going over any questions you may have about your eye health. Do you have trouble driving at night? Do your eyes itch allergies? Are you in front of a computer? Make sure you go over anything you need so you walk out pleased. After you've discussed any questions the doctor will put some eye drops in your eyes. You will be instructed to wait in the lobby. The last step is dilating the eyes and checking the eye health. When done you get to go home with disposable sunglasses. The doctor is very personable and kind. It's very clean and organized and they make good use of the space they have. Dr. Good is very personable and thorough with his exams and his staff is super friendly and accommodating! They have a vast variety of glasses frames on display, so you shouldn't have a problem finding something you like. They do offer a nice selection of Oakley frames if you want to be fancy. Prescription sunglasses are available as well. Their website is great! You can check your account statements and prescriptions, and schedule appointments too. You can also order your contacts through the website and it lists all the prices so you can comparison shop if you wish. You can setup email and text appointment reminders which I find very helpful. I scheduled a half day off work, his office called the morning of my appointment and cancelled because Dr. Ward's nanny was in a car accident. Understandable reason to cancel and the office did reschedule for Jan 31st. I took another half day off.  His office (Lorain Oh) called again the morning of my appointment to cancel and reschedule. I declined to reschedule and decided to go to Lang Optical in Elyria.  Dr. Ward does appear to offer his services to a lot of people in need homeless, veterans, medically underserved etc, so a pat on the back to him and the stellar human that he is.  However, if he is going to be in a profession that requires him to be available for people of all walks of life, he may want to have a back up team that can take on his patients when he needs to cancel or not take on so many patients.  With respect, Tracey Mudrock

Tucked behind some other shops right off Detroit Rd, the office is very inviting. A large, chic waiting room with a ton of glasses to look at. My appointment with Dr. Bader was effortless and painless. We discussed my needs, I recited some letters and I was off. Being a majority contact wearer I was in dire need of some new ones. They gave me a great price and they arrived within a week or so. Overall it's just a friendly, relaxed, professional environment in an easily accessible location. And if you can't find it that first time, they are more then willing to give you extra directions!

Not happy to be asked to do multiple tasks, but greeting customers with a welcome attitude should be #1 job. Dr seems bored, almost uninterested in doing a good job.. Pre-exam staff is not trained well at all. Avoid this place like the plaque and find another center to provide a great experience and great glasses in a short timely manner, with a smile!!!
