I picked the bike up a day later and the tire pressure has been checked and the oil has been topped up. It's a bit intimidating due to the entryway in the alley, no customer waiting area, and it's really dark in there, but the gentleman at the counter make up for those drawbacks. I will certainly take my Motorcycle back for regular maintenance

I mentioned it to them, and at first they said there wasn't much to be done without a better equalizer, so I was a bit disappointed. But then I brought it back in for more sound deadening so my door wouldn't rattle when the bass got boomy, and Peter did some more fine-tuning on the speakers while he was in there and oh WOW, did he dial it in. It sounds fantastic now, exactly what I was looking for, and I am very very happy driving around now.

Still waiting for Dave to return the $500 he overcharged on a Generac home generator. It's been two…read moreyears. Dave is the principal owner of the business and recently got into the home generator business as a distributor and installer of Generac products. I signed off on an estimate / contract with him to install Generac's largest residential generator. Other than delivering the home generator unit and sub-contracting the gas and electrical hook-ups, I basically had to step in as the general contractor and work with the gas / electrical guys because he would not return phone calls to them or to me. In fact, I had to contact Generac directly to set the generator up and get the 10 year warranty he was supposed to secure for me as part of his estimate and contract. Even his own staff told me privately that he is over his head and not very good with customer support. I do not recommend Ocean West.
