The BBL treatment itself was smooth but of course a little pain was expected. Where the skin is thinner was probably a 7/10 (under eyes, around your nose) everywhere else 4/10 and manageable. The Moxi you are prenumbed and that's probably a 1/10 or 2/10. You don't feel that at all. AFTER however is a different story, expect a sunburn like feel! I would say immediately after treatment for 1-2 hours after is uncomfortable. After that it's breezy. Follow you're given directions and you're good to go! The 4 of us (+2 employees) were the only ones in there so it was super peaceful and enjoyable. They explained our options to us and what the purpose of each step she was doing. We went into the facial lounge and each got approximately 30 to 40 minute facial. The space is extremely open and bright due to all of the windows, which was the best vibe for relaxation. It was really fun to actually be able to get a facial with a friend and relax at the same time as being able to do a girls night and chat. I definitely want to do this again with more friends! I think you would be able to do four people in the facial lounge at the same time so you would have to coordinate and book early if this is something that you want to do. When the MA took me back to a room, I told her my concerns and expressed that the dry skin was slowly making its way down my back. She took her notes, and left the room for about 10-20 minutes. When she returned, an NP was with her. The NP asked to look at my neck, and within a minute told me she would prescribe a pill, water solution, and shampoo/conditioner. Asked if I had any questions and left. She never looked at the patches on my back or told me why this condition could have occurred. She was in the room for less than 5 minutes, but my insurance had a charge for $475. When I arrived at the pharmacy to get my prescriptions, the shampoo and conditioner weren't included. I was told that they got the script, but were unable to fill it at that location, so they weren't sure why it was sent over. I've tried the topical water solution for a few months now, but the dryness is still present. I did not return for my follow up appointment, as the initial encounter felt rushed.
