My first sit down with Julie involved two steps that took approximately two hours. She spent the first hour making measurements and outlining my eyebrows until they were just what I wanted. Once all the drawing is done, Julie explains exactly what she will do as well as show you all the instruments are sterilely packaged. Before adding a 20-minute numbing lotion, Julie finds the right ink shade by mixing the ink on your forehead to match your natural hair color. Julie takes about 30 minutes to apply the ink through micro-feathering. She has a light touch and is very attentive, making sure I was comfortable and pain free. I did experience soreness a couple days after but Julie said it was normal and she sends you home with instructions and ointment for taking care of your new brows. She also scheduled a follow-up appointment to do any touch-ups, just in case some areas doesn't take the color the first time around.

I figured I would get them micro-feathered to cut off some time in my makeup routine. I couldn't be happier! Julie was very meticulous during the "design" portion of my appt. This took about an hour. Julie actually reshaped my brow to be longer to accentuate my face shape. This whole time I thought the shape I had before was good, but my new shape is way better! Procedure: Julie put on numbing cream on my brow area for 20min. While I waited she had me pick a an ink shade from her array of colors. She mixed 2 colors to get the perfect shade I wanted. The micro-feathering took about an hour. It wasn't painful at all, however, I do have a high pain tolerance. It felt like light vibrations on my skin. Throughout the whole procedure, Julie kept asking if I was okay and that if I felt pain she would reapply the numbing cream in those areas. After the procedure she applies A&D ointment that must stay on for 5 hours. She also provided me with the ointment to apply 1-2 times a day until my brows fully healed. Once finished, I booked an appt 2 weeks later for a retouch. Since all skin is different, the retouch allows for any areas that pushed out the ink. The Retouch: My eyebrows healed well (per Julie). Julie put on the numbing cream for 20min. She wrote down the shade she used last time which was very smart to do, however, I wanted to go a shade darker since my brows got a tad bit lighter during the 2 weeks. Julie proceeded to fill in areas that she felt needed to be filled and again I felt no pain. After,she applied the ointment and I was done until 1-2 years! I had my top and bottom eyeliner done. She numbed my top lash line and bottom lashline, then went to work. You can feel the vibrations but if it gets uncomfortable, you can tell her and she will give you more anesthesia cream. I was pleased with the result because it looked natural. I came back today, a month later and she did my brows. I had my brows initially done by someone else and she moved far away so I was looking for someone in my city. Ranosha did a great job with my eyebrows. She reshaped them a little more curvy because the original shape made me look angry. She also reshaded them dark brown instead of black because after four years, my initial eyebrow shading had faded to gray. She does such a great job and I really like how everything turned out. I am also very happy with her pricing because I believe it is fair. What you see in her advertisement is what you get. You don't pay anything more. Of course I did leave her a tip because she did such a great job. She is so pleasant and her salon is small but comfortable. During this process.. she got the remover in my eye and it BURNED LIKE HELL, she had to guide me to the utility closet to rinse my eyes bc I couldn't make it to the bathroom. On top of this ... they still made me pay. Pretty ballsy for a company with no terms or return policy. Bc we all know as under California law, merchants are required to clearly post their refund policy unless they offer full cash refund, exchange, or store credit within seven days of the purchase date. Failing this requirement, customers may return goods for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase. But suing isn't my thing, especially for minority owned business. Word of mouth and karma will suffice. So my last experience with them will be just that, MY LAST EXPERIENCE.

Used a mirror to see that the discomfort came from too much glue and huge clusters. I paid $200 dollars and these look like huge clusters cheap premade clusters. When she was done with my set she said "I could not get all of your lashes or it would take me forever." What she did was apply huge fans onto 70-80% of my eyelashes when I requested a hybrid set. I reached out and after two days did not get response. This persons work looks good online but she did a bad job on me. I asked for partial refund and instead got blocked. The professional who removed my eyelashes told me she did a bad job. All I wanted was my money back.
