Well if you get the time, you should stop and check them out. The Brazos Valley Cheese store is located at the Homestead Craft Village. It's a cute little place with all kinds of shops and BBQ. The cheese shop has lots of cheese samples and meats for making a charcuterie board. There are also crackers, fresh baguettes and more. The ladies at the cheese shop were very helpful and had all kinds of insights into the cheeses. Overall a great stop and the cheese was wonderful... it will make a nice addition to a wine country weekend!

For sweet, I love the cream cheese, apple, and cherry. For savory, you can't go wrong with the sausage kolaches. Pro tip: if you ask, they'll warm them up for you, which makes them even better. Even when the line wraps around this legendary little store, the service is impressively fast. The line moves quickly, so you're never waiting as long as it looks. These are easily the best kolaches I've had in Texas so far, and I don't see that changing anytime soon. Expect many more future stops from me.
