Do not fall for the reviews which I did and regretted big time. I had scheduled(10-10.30 am arrival) the house move-in cleaning service, but the night before I got the message that I had to change the time. Later in the morning, I got the message that the cleaners will be arriving at the same time. I had contractors working in the house, based on the message in the night I asked them to extend the work until the cleaners arrive(1-130pm arrival). So the contractors couldn't work for 2 hours which I had to cover for the schedule changes. That's part of the problem, now talking about the cleaning. The cleaners, male and female started cleaning the house. I saw a few blinds that were still dusty, I informed the male cleaner, and he got upset and started shouting saying there is no dust. Now the first floor, there were some spots left uncleaned. The house was already remodeled, all it needed was a nice wiping, and dusting. But the cleaners took advantage of not cleaning it thoroughly. They left gloves on the floor, some areas are dusty. When I contacted the owner multiple times, she didn't offer any resolution rather she confronted saying I had to check everything before the cleaners left. Very disappointing experience after paying the highest quotes than others I had got from. Not only that I ended up paying another $100 for someone to come in to do spot checks with cleaning as my wife was upset as we were expecting guests the next day. And $150 to the contractors for the schedule change confusion. All in all worst experience, when discussed with family and friends who had recommended others gave me an earful falling for the reviews. Great reviews, so felt comfortable scheduling service for a new home. Home was very clean already, but just needed some overall freshening and extra TLC (sills, cabinets, baseboards, corners) since it had been shown for a while. Was late for the first appointment because the previous appointment ran over due to a very dirty home. They offered a lower price for us to wait, but our schedule would not permit. Rescheduled for next day, team was late and even though was told team would speak English so I could share cleaning directions - both cleaning team members did not speak English (they were pleasant though) Work was extremely medicore overall: vacuum - fine, wipe floors - minimal wipe walls - none wipe railings - none closet shelves and drawers - light wiping of eye level shelves bathrooms and kitchen - just wiped exterior countertops and toilet, don't even think they washed inside the bowl, didn't open cabinets or drawers to wipe or clean inside baseboards and sills - none, I did some myself because there was obvious dust hard to reach areas - none, except for an obvious dust bunny in the top corner of one closet Basically, if it wasn't obvious and they "saw" that it was clean, no work was done. I requested natural products, they used them, but they weren't generous enough with application and as most that clean know, with organic and natural products you MUST use more than conventional products to get the same level of clean. Was told that two hours = $300, but since it was a clean house, John shared that he could do it for $175. Sounded fair for a great reputation cleaner. Workers left after 1h40mins and the work was definitely not worth the $175. But because the workers probably don't know any better, I still tipped $30. If you have a dirty house or tenant, these guys are fine, but then again - if you have a dirty house or tenant, any cleaner is a step in the right direction. Disappointed and presume that if you keep your home in relatively clean fashion this company will unfortunately not give your money's worth and make you feel that you could have done it yourself But the point of hiring a service is that you can give yourself a break and perhaps they will do a much better job that you. read more
