He makes his own dough, hand stretches it and yes, tosses it in the air. He has a variety of toppings including green olives!! We loved that he puts a ton of freshly shredded WI cheese on it!!! Bobby doesn't skimp on toppings!!! After he put the pizza in the oven he told us a little history of our new town, greeted his customers by name when they came in to pick up their orders and pulled out the most amazing smelling pie for us in under 30 min. He asked if we wanted the crust brushed with garlic butter so it would taste like breadsticks - YUM!! I even ate the crust and I hardly ever do!! It was crispy and delicious!! This place was once a cute little shop with arcade games and two pool tables. A typical old school pizza place Sadly, it's carry out only since Covid and Bobby only has a part time helper on weekends so be sure to place orders early or you will have an extensive wait!!
