We ordered on line and got to Lorenzo's early. We were pleasantly surprised by the great bar area with a full bar and 2 beers on tap. Our food was delicious. I ordered an Italian hoagie and hubby ordered a meatball hoagie. Both were delicious. I've had their pizza before and loved it. Well definitely stopping more often read more

Never had a bad pizza from Lorenzo's. I can only speak of take-out pizza, because that's all I've ever gotten, but the crusts are just the right mix of crispy and chewy, the sauce is great, and the toppings are delicious (and generously bestowed.) read more

Luciano's is located in Bethel Park in the middle of a quiet neighborhood. There is indoor seating, as well as carry out available. It is not huge on the inside, but there are probably at least 10 tables. On this day, it was not too crowded and we got a table right away. Our server was attentive to us and did a good job at taking our special request order correctly. Whenever we needed something, she provided it quickly. There were four of us total, so we decided to order the two Large 16" Pizzas special for $36.50. We were able to order one of those as a Traditional Pizza Half Plain and Half Pepperoni, and then a White Pizza, with a special request of putting the tomatoes on top of the cheese instead of underneath. We also got the Zucchini Planks to share as an appetizer. We enjoyed the zucchini before the pizzas came out. Some of them were sort of small, but there was definitely enough for the four of us to share. It came with a marinara sauce to dip. Our pizzas came out relatively quickly. We have always loved their pizza, and this time was no different. Both the White Pizza and the Traditional were hot and cooked perfectly. The pizza is not Thu. crust, but also not extremely bread-heavy, either. A perfect medium that will satisfy most parties. There was plenty for all of us to eat, and we had some leftovers to take home. I thought the value for what we got was great. With the pizza deal, the bill came to less than $50 for the four of us to eat. And we all had enough to eat with plenty left for leftovers. As usual, we had a great experience at Luciano's. We will definitely be back, as this is one of our go-to pizza spots in the South Hills!

Yesterday my husband ordered a fish sandwich plain, just fish and bread. It arrived covered in mozzarella cheese. When he called to tell them the order was wrong, he was actually told to "just pick the cheese off." I ordered a Hawaiian pizza with ham, pineapple, and onion. Instead of the normal diced ham, the pizza was covered with huge chunks of what appeared to be scraps, ends, and big, tough rind-like pieces. I couldn't find a single good piece of ham on the entire pizza. Although we had paid for delivery, they said I'd have to return the food myself, so I drove both items back to the restaurant. The guy there, maybe the manager, asked if I had returned the two 20 oz. Cokes. I said no, so he charged us for those, plus the delivery fee and tip, and refunded only the food I returned. So we still paid $11.50 and ended up with no dinner. I agreed to leave the driver's tip because none of this was the driver's fault, but I was surprised the restaurant didn't simply refund the entire order and apologize. Had they done that, we probably would have given them another chance. Instead, there was no apology and no apparent concern about losing longtime customers. This came just a couple of weeks after a plain cheese pizza arrived looking like it had been dropped or tipped on its side, with much of the cheese slid across and piled up on one side of the pizza. We didn't complain about that one because we figured things happen. I'm including a photo of that pizza. We gave them another chance. Unfortunately, there won't be a third.
