However I was pleasantly surprised how warm she was and loved my result. She did talk to me throughout the process so I can know what products she's using and how to style it. She made sure to hold a mirror up and taught me how to use the product in my hair. Unfortunately wash n gos aren't easy hairstyles on kinky hair. But I loved my result and plan to come back again. After the in-salon consultation, Michelle got to WORK applying the foils with meticulous precision. After the foils, tone, and K18 treatments my hair looked and felt incredibly healthy, and the color is exactly what I wanted. The expertise with which Michelle applied multiple different colors and shades to my hair cannot be overstated, true artistry on display. The energy in the salon is bright and bubbly! There was music playing the whole time, we were laughing and singing along, and 7 hours just flew right by.
