I wear my hair in natural kinky/curly hair in braid/twist outs, fros, buns, and twists 99% of the time, but wanted to switch it up. Loretta was great! She gave my hair a much needed steam treatment and a dust. She showed me exactly what hair she was cutting and how much, to ease my worry of scissor happy stylist. She also sells raw Shea Butter. I got a press and curl. Pretty pricey, so I won't be coming back BTW Valerie has a bit of an attitude. When booking the appointment, she seemed bothered. They didn't have the color i had but they were able to make a custom color for me. The staff were so nice and polite explaining everything to me. First they detangled my hair and gave me hair tips as we went along. The braid parting and size was true to the photos i showed them as a example.
