The Office manager who was there when I picked up the second lenses said they couldn't do anything else if this prescription didn't work. After 2 tries it wasn't the correct prescription. As I told Dr. Fowler that for over 35 years, I always had a curved lenses, but she refused to prescribe it and didn't listen to me. I even had my older glasses with me so she knew that the lenses had a curve. I may be old but not stupid as I was treated. I finally paid another $290 to another optometrist who examined my eyes and prescribed the correct curved lenses that I can now see. I have sent a letter and handed another to the Erie Shawnee office to the owners. So rude of them not to respond. They aren't the caring company as their statements address. At least have the decency to contact me and explain why Dr. Fowler refused my request. Even my ophthalmologist couldn't understand WHY my request for the curved lenses was ignored.

So they said they would have to send her glasses and it would take up to three weeks. She said they were very rude. They were testing for glaucoma in the machine didn't work and the woman walked out of the Room came back in and never finish the test. She was there at the end of the day she called first thing in the morning requesting that they don't send the glasses out because she's unable to see with her old pair they told her that they cannot get them back and there's no way they can cancel the order.

It is now 10;48 they finally called her back with 2 other people. In my book they over schedule and all have an attitude. I have watched them walk into the office and call people for their appointments. Not one smile or how are you doing or nothing. Bottom line if your time means nothing to you and want to wait in a office for a hour and 30 minutes this is the place for you.
