I had the most amazing experience at Lori's Pet Palace! From the moment we arrived, Ms. Lori went above and beyond. She actually met me and my fur baby outside, which immediately made me feel comfortable. She even took us in early and allowed my fur son to walk around and get familiar with the space before starting--something I truly appreciated. She took the time to ask me exactly what I wanted and also gave helpful suggestions based on her expertise. You can tell she really cares about both the pets and their owners. Her shop smells amazing and is extremely clean, which is so important to me. I also loved that there were no cages--only play pens--creating a calm, safe, and welcoming environment. Her crew truly feels like family. Everyone there was so loving, gentle, and attentive. You can feel the positive energy the moment you walk in. I'm new to the neighborhood and always get nervous leaving my fur baby anywhere, but Ms. Lori completely put me at ease. I also love that she doesn't have dogs sitting around for hours waiting--everything feels intentional and well-managed. And the results... AMAZING! My fur baby looked absolutely perfect. The grooming was exactly what I wanted, and my husband loved the cut too! I am so grateful my friend recommended Ms. Lori. Parking is easy, the prices are very affordable, and the care is unmatched. This was Chips first grooming experience at Lori's Pet Palace, and it won't be his last! Our appointment was early and Lori took us when we arrived 10 minutes early which was very nice. She was very sweet and all of her staff was as well. Chip immediately took to her so that made me feel extremely comfortable. He's always so nervous getting groomed, but this time, I didn't feel like we had to worry. We didn't give her a whole lot of context about how we wanted him to be groomed and she NAILED it! Wow! She was lighting speed, he was literally done in about 45 minutes (which is terrific bc this little guy gets anxious typically, but I don't feel like he would be there!). We have had our dog for 9 years and he's been groomed by a variety of places. He has NEVER walked out of a place smelling so clean and fresh EVER! We got him groomed Sunday and he STILL smells amazing. I have no idea what shampoo that is, but it's PERFECT. Thank you to Lori and staff, Chip is excited to come back to see you guys! read more

This place is so wonderful. The Best for your grooming needs. Lori and her staff are just fantastic with my babies ( Louie and Patch) and other clients. They are loving and patient when needed. I particularly love that no crating is used. Once they bathe their client, they don't put them in a crate with the dryer on them. They dry them on the table and take great care of them. Their waiting area is great, everyone has their own pen with a gate to see what is going on and remain safe. The shop is very clean with no smells. When accidents happen and they do, they attend to them immediately. I highly recommend Lori's Pet Palace . I would not trust any other groomer with my Babies. Today is our first time at Lori's. What lovely people!! The girl at the front desk is super sweet! I met Lori and she is very polite, accommodating, hands on and personable! The place is beautiful!!! Clean and they have to buzz you in and out. No worries about a dog running out! Love that! I was a little nervous about dropping my boy off and within two minutes of leaving Lori sent me a video of him playing with the other digs. Now I understand why this place has five stars! read more

Best groomer around! Beautiful shop, very clean happy place. I like that there's no cages and my pup gets to have a nice space to play if she has to wait.
