We stayed in one of the eco tents, a very sturdy structure that kept plenty warm in a chilly night with the plug in heater. The beds were the most comfortable in our entire stay through Australia. The tent included everything promised and was very clean. The location on a hillside ay treetop level was great; expect to be woken by the variety of noisy birds. Very friendly host as well.

I read about it in Lonely Planet and was yearning to stay here and was so happy that we were able to. We saw so many koalas on Grey River Road which runs right behind the park. We also saw roos and wallabys and glow worms after dark. The Otways are a magical place and Kennett River is wonderful. The woman working at the front desk was very nice and quick with a smile. We made our best breakfast of the trip in the camp kitchen. Why don't places in the US have a camp kitchen? Probably because campers in the US would trash it.. I can't think of anything this place is lacking.

Great for a weekend but has all the amenities such as pool, tennis courts and bbq areas for longer stays. The owner is really lovely and keeps her office open all day if you'd like to grab a vhs (yep, but you also have a dvd player in your loft as well) or some birdseed to feed the friendly cockatoos and parakeets that will visit your patio. It's charming, private and you can hear the roar of the ocean at night. Magical!
