After my first regular sized order, I went back the very next day and ordered the large. The taste was off-the-hook! I waited until the weekend for my next order and that didn't go so well. I ordered the same thing that I'd ordered twice before. This time, they didn't have spicy and for some reason, I was told to drive around to the entrance and wait until my order is brought out to me. When I got home and opened up the box, it looked as if they'd put a small order of popcorn chicken in a big box. In fact that is exactly what they did. I immediately filled out the online survey and let the organization know how I felt, because I figured driving back up there and trying to have the discussion with the kids behind the counter was going to prove fruitless. Recently, I received a message from the head office telling me that they want to make up for the foul meal and asked me to let them know when I was going to be visiting the restaurant again, so that I could get my meal. The company going the extra mile to do this means a lot. I still believe that the weekend crew needs to be reprimanded for making the customer experience unsatisfactory.

Why don't you just give the food while I'm in the drive-through? It will help cut down on confusion. 2. Why did I have to wait 15 minutes just to get a cold breakfast Jack and stale/dry hash browns? This was NOT made when I ordered it. 3. Is it your standard policy to not give receipts to customers? It's bad enough I didn't get any sauces or napkins added as a courtesy, but I should not have had to ask for a receipt for my purchase. Save your time, money and energy. This location needs new management and training in customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
