This overall unhygienic environment created a rather unappetizing atmosphere, which regrettably led my party of four to opt for an to go order rather than dining in as originally planned. Furthermore, I observed a general lack of efficiency and an unprofessional demeanor among several staff members. There appeared to be delays in service, and some interactions conveyed a less than welcoming attitude. However, I would like to specifically commend one male employee, who handled our order with exceptional professionalism and a positive attitude. He efficiently prepared all four of our burritos and provided a commendable level of customer service, despite what seemed to be a challenging operational environment. His dedication truly stood out. I encountered an issue when attempting to apply my loyalty points to the purchase; the system was apparently non functional at the time of my visit, preventing me from utilizing my accumulated rewards.
