Farm fresh! Super delicious! Ice cold beverages when you need to quench your thirst! Hubs had the taco salad...look at that gorgeous tomato! I had the House Chili Relleno and beef enchilada. The tortilla on the enchilada was disappointing but all the flavors were there! The beans and rice are delicious too! Good chips n salsa to start off. They've even got a VIP Club you can join that looks like a good deal. Nice chill vibe. Family friendly. Excellent service!

Came in on Margarita Monday with my family. We were greeted and seated immediately. On Mondays they do buy 1 get 1 50% off only for their jumbo lime margarita. The inside is clean and contemporary with a fun atmosphere. There is a full bar and lots of seating to choose from inside. Their outdoor patio looks gorgeous as well. The bathrooms are tidy and easy to find. They offer complimentary chips and queso, the chips are thicker than I am used to from chain restaurants but still good. The margaritas were tasty and our server gave great recommendations and made sure to check on us often. My grilled chicken quesadilla was massive, overflowing with chicken, it fed me for 3 more meals! Their Spanish rice is bright orange but tasted amazing. The mole negro was good, my friend wanted more of that sauce. Their enchiladas were also great, the serving sizes are large. Stop in for some authentic Mexican cuisine in a fun restaurant! We will be back!

Tested this restaurant today before bringing my sports car group here in April. The three of us tried dishes that covered the full range... beef chicken beans pork and seafood. I even tested the flan (I owe it to my fellow members after all). The food was excellent - these folks take cooking seriously. The service was great as well, getting bonus points for keeping my iced tea filled. Plenty of room and parking and we're all agreed on coming back. Looking forward to our next visit!

Arroz con Pollo . Delicious and piled high with grilled chicken and rice .

My niece recommended Los Aztecas for dinner. It's beautifully decorated with lots of Spanish tile and mission style furniture. Our waiter was very friendly and checked on us often. I got the Arroz con Pollo. It was piled high with grilled chicken and rice. It was delicious !! I tried my friend's refried beans and they were so good. It was affordable priced for the amount of food you get . I'll be back often !!

This is the best Mexican food ever. I got the chicken quesadilla and the nachos and it's like crack. Super big servings so you can share and still be full. The cocktails are delicia! The service and ambiance is amazing. Great Mexican music and food 10/10!!!

Finally delicious Mexican food in an amazing environment in Mount Airy! After patiently waiting for this to open it's now been open for three weeks and I've been four times! It's very well decorated, the food is amazing and every server or bartender I've experienced has been great! An extensive well priced menu, someone will find something they enjoy! My favorite I've tried so far is their house special pork dish, large portion of delicious pork with their rice and beans.

Food was not good- dry and tasteless. Guac was clearly not made there. Waste of money- never again.

This is a review of CJ's food truck which is DEFINITELY still open!…read more Our HOA brings a bunch of Todd trucks to our neighborhood. Some are hit or miss; some like Cryin' Johnnies are very good. Have had several of their hot dogs and flavor wise they do not suck. My go to has always been the Chicago dog. The don't use Vienna Beef dogs but Dietz and Watsons aren't bad. They also don't use poppy seed buns so the taste is a bit different. Tonight I ordered two (missed breakfast and lunch - sue me!). I had to order sport peppers (one of the defining flavors of a real Chicago dog) which was a surprise, the celery salt was missing, and the dogs themselves were cold. May have been the weather, may have been the ride home, but definitely cold. Good taste though (did I mention D&W?). I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt because I've really enjoyed them in the past. May update - or even delete - this post the next time they come to our 'hood. One this is for sure: I will eat from the CJ folks in the future.

I found a piece of shell in the broth, and the soup was largely composed of vegetables and small strands of crab. I tasted vegetables like kernels of corn more than I did crab. I also consumed a very good but largely congealed order of Bacon & Cheese Fries. Diane ate a large, elongated Corn Dog, which was fine. No air dryer or paper towels were in the men's restroom, and a cold-water faucet did not work. Also, a gnat flew around the dining room.

When I mentioned how long the wait was, she just shrugged and said a disinterested "sorry". The burger was fine, maybe good if cooked as ordered. But not good enough to overcome the experience and wait. Edit: The owner reached out to me via email to address my experience. It's a rare level of costumer service these days and I appreciate it. So much that I didn't want to let the review sit without mentioning their efforts.

I drink unsweetened tea most of the time so I'm constantly waiting for a refill. The good ... the food is generally tasty. The Bad ... they are charging $32.00 for a 16oz ribeye. I know they use Mt Airy Meat locker for their beef. The steak was seasoned well but had a tiny sliver of a bone for what they called a bone in. Also .... The nickel and dining is ridiculous. You get one side. And they upcharge for mushrooms or onions. In comparison... Longhorn service a 20oz Ribeye with 2 sides and bread for $32.79 So I got the Ribeye and about 6 stalks of very tiny asparagus. I actually like the small asparagus but not 6 stalks??? As far as the steaks go ... don't give me the local meat BS or the cost for a small business. Side cost little ... salad and potatoes are cheap. We don't go to this place regularly because of this ... so we end up with a $72.00 bill (wife got a Cesar salad with shrimp) and seltzer water with a lime. Result ... have to make something to eat after we get home. After dropping nearly $90 after tip. My wife and I prefer to patronize local places but these owners are making it hard. I was going to order the chicken wings and a side salad .... But ...$24 for 12 half wings is beyond ridiculous. The wing shortage is over but many places are hanging on to the price increase ... I'd imagine because they think the customers are stupid. Out of curiosity... I shopped a pack of fresh wings at BJs wholesale club to see what wings are going for. The price for an 18 pack is around $8.00. And that would make 36 buffalo wings since you only get half. Disappointed... food that we did get was good ... but value is somewhere close to a zero!

Figured it was a safe pic because it's a typical American food place but we were surprised it would be this tasty. We all got different burgers so we could taste different kinds. But luckily for us, a tiny table fit only for two was available. It was all the way in the back! But that was totally fine. We liked our little corner. The place was definitely packed but our server never forgot about us. Back in our little corner were memorabilia from the local schools dating back to the 90's from what I can tell. It really had a nostalgic feel. To start we got the crabby rolls from the specials menu. It was more creamy than crabby. I tasted more of the cream cheese than any crab. For entrees we ordered the fish and chips and main street Madeira. The fish came in small filets that were the size of chicken tenders. Not a huge fan of the portion. The fries were soggy but glad that the coleslaw came in a lettuce pocket. At least that prevented the coleslaw liquid from seeping onto the fish and fries. The chicken madeira was fantastic. I almost never order chicken breasts fearing that it would be dry but this was not. The two breast meat was cooked in a madeira wine sauce topped with mushrooms and a mozzarella, fontina, and spinach cheese blend. The chicken was juicy and flavorful. I can taste the lovely wine. Served along the dish was red mashed potatoes. I love red mashed potatoes because it has a bit of the skin. I liked this dish a lot! Service was attentive, friendly, and fast. This place is a neighborhood gem. Not sure about parking. There was some street parking and there may be a lot next to the restaurant but from the direction that we came, we ended up parking across the street. A tricky crossing because the crosswalk was up the block.
