The guys in the truck were incredibly friendly. Love that one of the guys was from Lafayette, Louisiana! The breakfast croissant was heavenly. The crispy prosciutto on it was chefs kiss. The elote reminded me a lot of the elote I would get at fairs and carnivals and I loved it. I also got a torta and while it was good, I do feel like the flavors varied from one half to the next. It felt as if one half had a different base than the other and one half was spicier than the other. Again, neither half was bad - just different than the other. I also got tacos and here is where it got a little tricky. I ordered asada tacos but I received al pastor. I should have checked before leaving but nevertheless that was my mistake and I accept that. The Al pastor tacos were good though. I don't regret getting them instead of the asada ones - I just wish I had been able to try both. I will definitely be coming back.
