Friendly service, attentive staff, and big screen tv so you can watch the game. I had a combination plate consisting of enchiladas and cubed chicken in a chili sauce, with beans and rice on the side. Having tried this place twice before and not enjoying either experience, I thought I should give it one more chance. It was the same... sigh. The food is pretty good when you can actually get it. Every time my husband and I eat here our order gets messed up. One time they messed up 3x before the complete and correct order came out and by then my daughter and I had already finished eating. Today we ordered two fried avocados one with charro beans. Got home (we live 10-15 min out of town) and they put refried beans in my plate and no charro beans at all. I told the waitstaff on the phone that my order is always messed up and to please make sure I get everything I pay for. She said she would make sure of it. Rude and horrible service. Wanted to charge us 1.85 for an extra bag of chips. We ordered to go. Large Queso and Chips and Salsa. I asked for extra chips when ordering. My wife went in to pickup the order and there were only two bags. One flour tortilla chip and one corn chips. The girl would not give us the extra bag we asked for unless we paid for it. I called today to order take out. A man answered the phone and I proceeded to tell him my order. My mom and I were sharing so this is what we ordered: Chicken fajitas for 1, refried beans instead of charro, a dozen tortillas total, 2 red sauces and 1 green with chips, and an order of guacamole. He asked if I wanted just a side or an appetizer portion that was $3.99. I chose the $3.99 option. I had to repeat myself a couple times. Not sure if he wasn't understanding or what the problem was. He then said, "Ok thank you bye." I caught him before he hung up and asked him to repeat my order. He repeated it back correctly, then we hung up. I like their food, as is why we keep ordering it. However, I've learned my lesson more than once to check the to go food prior to leaving the restaurant. This location ALWAYS gets the order wrong. I show up and ask for my To-Go order. My receipt only has the chicken fajitas on it so I pull everything out of the bag to check. The tortillas were wrapped up so I asked if all 12 were in there. The hostess replied, yes. It felt a little light to me, so I asked again, are you sure all 12 are here. She said, yes they are in the bag. I took them out and counted 4. I said, ma'am there are only 4 here and I ordered 12. Her response was, yes the fajitas for one comes with 4 tortillas... Yeah I know! That's why I ordered 12! This was just the beginning. We didn't get the correct number of sauces, there was no guacamole, no beans, and the smallest bag of chips I've ever seen. I know the To-Go order was specific, however that is why I called and ordered everything right there so it would be correct upon arrival. I told the hostess all that was missing so she starts grabbing what she could. The manager came up and asked if I could be helped, I replied that I was just waiting on my to go order. The manager and host had a quick chat about what I was missing and the manager took over helping me as more people were coming in to be seated. I had to repeat myself again several times for her to understand what was missing. At this point I have been there for over 20 minutes. She charged me for the wrong guacamole and the wrong amount of tortillas. Finally after getting that sorted out she handed me the correct receipt. I ended up getting 10 tortillas because they only sell them in 1/2 a dozen or a dozen. So it's either 10 total or 16... which was ridiculous. I asked about the beans since I still had not received those. She asked if I added an extra side of beans also.... Nope, there are just no beans at all in the bag. She then takes eeeeverything back out and has the nerve to say, "that's weird, they always put the beans in there." Yeah... I'm suuuuuure they always put everything they are supposed to in there. I'm blaming whoever answered the phone. If you don't know how to take an order, don't answer the phone.
