Now, there were likely no calorie savings with the Serrano Ham Croquettes, but they are small and easily shareable if you want to spread the love. Fortunately he only made me one drink and took my payment other than that he had no real impact on my eating or drinking experience I just thought it was not very clean in that he was used to doing this daily. The food itself deserves high marks, and I could see nothing that was going on in the kitchen so I can only guess they're doing everything correct but improper hygiene practices behind the bar are just as important as in the kitchen. I hope management addresses this because the restaurant was pretty cool and I was planning on visiting later that night. If not for that experience, I would have rated it at least four stars for the flavor and the service and taken away one star for the portion size but I understand it's Miami and you get an experience and a location not necessarily what you pay for.
