For over 13 years, I have repeatedly told them that my CPAP treatment was not working, yet every appointment felt the same, with no real effort to find a solution or improve my care. Today was especially frustrating. During a phone call about scheduling my next appointment, I became frustrated and said, "What the f***?" I acknowledge that wasn't my finest moment, and I take responsibility for using that language. However, instead of trying to de-escalate the situation or work through it, OmniSleep chose to "fire" me as a patient. What made the experience even more disappointing was that the CEO personally called me and left a voicemail and also sent me a text message stating that I was "abusive," that my behavior would not be tolerated, and saying, "That's it, you're done." As a military veteran living with PTSD, I would have hoped for a little more understanding and compassion during a moment of frustration. And if I was truly "abusive," why was I treated as a patient for over 13 years? This was the first time anything like this had ever happened. After more than a decade of loyalty, I expected better. Instead, I was left feeling unheard, dismissed, and "fired" after years of telling them the treatment wasn't working. I cannot recommend OmniSleep based on my experience.

Not to mention that they force patients to use HME "specialists" (aka the worst DME company in the country) because they're "partnered together" and it should "streamline the process". I went for the study within a week. I was amazed. Instead of the lab setting on a gurney way out in Rio Rancho the study was done in a private bedroom in a comfortable bed at their convenient clinic. Staff were friendly and very well informed. After a system was recommended I was given opportunities to find right mask fit, again in a great setting with a professional.
