This was able to be cleared up after some explaining. We also ordered sopapillas (advertised with honey, butter, and cinnamon) and received some other dessert that, by the time it was opened at home, was covered in melted ice cream and chocolate. I called the restaurant to inform them that their employee may need further training and their response was to first ask if I had the correct restaurant (I did, they repeated the name back to me over the phone while asking this) and then to ask when this happened. When I responded with the approximate time the order was taken, the response was literally "nuh uh." I will not be back, regardless of how much I enjoy their food. That sort of response to someone attempting to alert you to a problem with your staff is unacceptable.
