Worst physical therapy I've ever been to. They don't do much for you and the therapists are in too much of a hurry to get to the other patient while it's still YOUR time. Very rude staff !!!
They gave me exercises to do and ended up having me do them wrong.
Don't disagree with anything they say or do or they become angry and they lie when they log stuff into the computer so they can protect themselves against patient complaints.
Took them over a month to contact me when my doctor sent them an order to put me on therapy. after they left 1 message (on the wrong phone number), I called & called & called & called but my messages weren't returned for 2 weeks. I then had to go into the facility to make appointments.... by now, 7 weeks had past. they said that "I" should have tried harder to contact them. WTF??
The staff would repeatedly come into the office very sick and coughing constantly without wearing a mask or covering their mouth.
I got very sick for over a month because of this. The second time I got sick, because of their disregard for their patients, it only lasted a week.
The staff & therapists are all to blame because none of them care to put the patient first...they seem that they're there for a paycheck only.
I've been spoken to and even yelled at by the staff & therapists alike. After months of NO IMPROVEMENT, I decided to go elsewhere.
After just a few therapy treatments (with "real" therapists) I improved and continued to improve. The new therapy place I'm now at has nice staff who go out of their way for their patients.
2 doctors that I see said they hear a lot of bad complaints from patients that go to Los Osos Physical Therapy and if you do the research, you'll find that Los Osos Physical Therapy isn't so highly rated.
Patients should receive proper care and not be subject to abuse by the staff & therapists.
I will continue to steer people away from here and towards more reputable therapy facilities. read more
