The broth / dipping sauce has chunks of onion and cilantro also. It was good but, a little oily. Not bad but a little more than other places. We did like the roast jalapenos and onion blooms that accompanied the food. The fresh radishes and cucumbers that can with it were already. Nothing to rave about. It would be much better if it was marinated in some kind of vinegar to help cut them fat from the food. Just my suggestion but all and all still a very good meal.
