There's nothing much worse than coming into a gun shop and being followed around and glared at by the 4 tacticool dudes that work there. Unless you consider paying $600 for a Glock. I called and ordered a gun. When I called back less than an hour later I asked if it was an air weight. He had to look it up (do you know your guns?) and said no he ordered something else. There were different ones. He NEVER told me there were options just ordered one. When I said I did not want that one and he should have explained there were choices he hung up on me. I did inform him this was my first gun before I ordered so you would think he would have given me options instead of picking the gun for me. I will never shop there. I also will tell ALL my gun friendly friends never to go there either. Rude nasty man. read more

It's not the most friendly of places. As soon as I walked in for the first time one of the guys behind the counter started eyeing me like I was about to rob the place. No smiles, nothing, just mean muggin you to beat the band. Seriously, as soon as I entered I really felt like putting my hands up and showing my stomach so he could see I wasn't carrying. It was a bit weird and I knew immediately I would never go in there again. Finding out how much they mark-up the guns only sealed the deal. I'm not sure how they stay in business with Buds and Grabagun out there. Even the used gun prices are steep. The gun I wanted to look at was almost two hundred dollars more than on-line. Maybe they don't like strangers. Oh well. read more

I have been a customer of Losie's since I was old enough to purchase guns which is 25 years plus.I have always had a great experience with the owners and never had any issues the other unhappy people are speaking of in these reviews...maybe the customer is the problem? I have witnessed many first time hand gun owners get excellent treatment while I was there browsing.Still gonna be my go to gun shop if they dont have it they will always order for me,Heck if I call they will even set items aside for me until I can get there to pick them up...That's good customer service in my opinion. read more
