Sault New England, I salute you!…read more Doing some window shopping, we walked into Sault New England. I'm seeing some very cool clothing with a military / New England vibe. I saw a tee shirt that spoke to me. I grabbed it and walked to the register. Now there's a Naval Shipyard here, I have to ask: do you give a military discount? I'm told yes! Sault New England, the designer/owner Phillip Saul offers clothing with a New England in mind. The shirts, sweatshirts and tee shirts are all focused for casual wear. It was a very nice shop and I'm happy with my purchase. Mr Saul, I thank you for recognizing military and veteran shoppers.

There's a good stock here: suits, sweaters, pants, coats, casual and dressy, and pretty good discounts on almost everything we looked at. The tore is clean and roomy, lots of free parking outside, and overall ours was a very good experience. This duplicated a visit here last year when we were helped quickly with a return. I walked into the store when the regional manager was in Garden City and she laughed. I was wearing an Orvis Sports Coat, shirt and pants! Last year, while vacationing in Maine, I stumbled across the Orvis *outlet* store? Be still my beating heart Racks and racks of Orvis clothing on a discount. It's like finding buried treasure! Lets not get it twisted, Orvis is brand for the outdoors. They are meticulous to design with features like a small zipped pocket to hold a fishing license. Their style aligns with my lifestyle, high end outdoor clothing. I have an Orvis Fisherman's sweater, 100 percent wool that I could wear to brunch. Are you feeling me Yelper? Now envision a store that has these items 1/2 off. I feel like a just pulled a heist. Haha My only issue? They dont make petites for my wife! There is nothing I'd love more than to see my wife with a shotgun, dressed in an Orvis sweater and skirt while yelling: PULL While skeet shooting but there's no petite clothing. Of course I had to buy a million adorable outfits for him. Inside Out carries a huge stock of the most precious onsies, lounge pants, shirts, and other clothes for babies and toddler. They had beach and outdoorsy themes that were perfect for what I was looking for. They also carry women's and men's clothes, jewelry, knick knacks, candles and other gifts. It's a great one stop shop for gift buying with super friendly staff. They offered to take my items to the register while I finished shopping. One of my favorite boutiques in town.

I have worked in customer service as a cashier and that is exactly what my manager would've had me do because that is OUR mistake to have displayed the wrong price. When I walked back in they had already taken the sign down that ONLY said "19.99", which was where the blank white paper is next to the "tops" sign. Great. Thank you for fixing your mistake I guess.

As I haven't shopped in awhile and live in the land that Summer is essentially year round I obviously spent a little more time finding what I needed. Found a nice dress for my Mom. Classic lightweight denim with two pockets on the front she will love. Now for me a great white blouse with puffy sleeves I love it as I had seen it in their catalog earlier this year. A classic pair of khaki lightweight pants and a green and white gingham skirt. Also I got a lavender necklace that was drastically reduced. When I got to the register I was sad to see not too much in the way of sales. Also the clerk was not to willing to give up the discount card that you get after you purchase. It needs to get stamped now two more times to get 20 percent off. Geez J Crew what happened to you I gotta really work to get a break here.

She was rude, short, and seemed to be annoyed with my presence. I then decided to shop around the store and asked another employee if she could look for a pair of shoes in my size out back and after about 10 minutes I started looking around for her and found that she was talking with friends/off the clock employees. And to top it off the store was messy and dirty. The amount of dust bunnies on the floor was repulsive. Obviously the staff does not care about any type of professional appearance. I love J. Crew but that store needs to be gutted and restaffed with people who actually care about customers, their time, and their money.
