I placed my order online and got a email to go pick it up. I called the store to verify and they said it would be ready for pick up in 5 minutes. When I got to the store the employees said that there was no order on file and the game I was looking for was sold out. I had to create an account for GameStop online in order for me to place the order. I'm highly disappointed since I always double check and expect easy and fair transactions. It was a total blast and we laughed so hard at how silly everyone got trying to make the right noises . The 90s music trivia was a big surprise because my brother knew way more about 90s rap than I realized and my son born in 93 was actually competitive in the game! About the service: owner made the recommendation we try Heads Up which was a huge hit! Appreciated her advice on what to pick. I ordered a week in advance to be sure we could get it on time with the holiday. Package was neatly organized, included a personal card and even a little goodie bag with some suckers! It was super easy to repack everything and put the return label on. Now I can stick it in my mailbox or drop off at the post office tomorrow... couldn't be an easier process!
