They asked lots of questions to understand what…read morewe wanted along the way, and they even had us check a few times towards the end since our dog was really fidgety and moved a lot. She came out even better than we expected and seemed to enjoy it (which she did not at prior places!). They were gentle with her even though she got a little bossy with them. Highly recommended - their experience shows.

This was my first time using Bubbles and Bow Mobile Grooming, and unfortunately I will not be using…read morethem again. They arrived just a few minutes after the scheduled time, which was not an issue at all. The owner had a teenage trainee assisting her. My first dog was hesitant to go into the mobile grooming van, and I ended up having to pick her up and carry her inside myself. I had hoped that using a mobile groomer would make things easier for me, but I already felt like I was having to do more than expected. That said, my first dog came out looking beautiful, smelling great, and wearing a cute bandana. I was happy with how she looked. The experience with my second dog, Jasmine, is what really concerned me. Jasmine was scared and growled, so I handed her over to the groomer because I needed to get back inside to my children. I later sent my daughter outside to check on Jasmine. My daughter quickly came back inside and told me that the groomer was cussing at Jasmine, including calling her a "motherf***er" and "bitch." I immediately went outside myself. Before she realized I was there, I personally heard her yelling at Jasmine, calling her horrible, and saying things such as "knock that shit off." The trainee then told her that the customer was at the door. When she opened the door, I asked if everything was okay and told her that my daughter had heard her cussing at my dog and that I had just heard it myself. She explained that Jasmine had tried to bite when she touched her back leg and that she needed to muzzle her. I completely understand that groomers have to protect themselves and that some animals can be difficult or fearful during grooming. My concern is not that she used a muzzle for safety. My concern is the way she was speaking to and about my dog when she did not realize I was listening. She assured me Jasmine was safe and apologized for cussing in front of my children. However, hearing someone speak to my frightened dog that way made me very uncomfortable. There were also some organizational issues. Equipment had been put away after my first dog's grooming and had to be brought back out, which the owner blamed on the trainee. I also had my overweight cat's sanitary area shaved for hygiene purposes, and I had to hold my cat myself rather than having the assistant help. For reference, I was charged $100 for my large dog's bath, $120 for my small dog's grooming, and $40 to shave my cat's sanitary area. At the end she asked if I wanted to schedule another appointment, and I declined. While my first dog looked great afterward, the way I personally heard my second dog being spoken to overshadowed the entire experience. Based on what I witnessed, I would not feel comfortable leaving my pets alone in this groomer's care. If your pet is fearful, anxious, or difficult during grooming, that is something I would strongly consider before booking.

I found "Kayla" online, and brought my dog to be groomed by her for the first time yesterday…read more.. When my Hubby picked him up, he was super happy. That made me feel relieved to know he was in such great hands. He smelled and looked amazing!!! His little bandanna was adorable. I highly recommend Kayla, as an owner of a picky dog.

I had a very disappointing experience with Waggers. When I first called to make my appointment, I…read morespecifically explained that I have a 3-month-old puppy who has not yet received his rabies vaccine. I was told that this would not be a problem because they do not require puppies to have a rabies shot for grooming. When someone called later to confirm my appointment, I asked again to make sure. I clearly stated that this was my puppy's first grooming appointment and that he still had not received his rabies vaccine. Once again, I was assured that it was not an issue. However, when I arrived for the appointment, I was turned away because my puppy didn't have a rabies vaccination. This was incredibly frustrating because I had already made special arrangements at work, took my lunch break later than usual, and coordinated with my daughter to pick up the puppy after his appointment. If this is your policy, that's completely understandable--but I should have been told that from the beginning, especially after asking twice. Instead, I wasted my time, rearranged my day, and left feeling very disappointed. Better communication and consistency with customers would have prevented this entire situation.

I am super grateful & appreciative that even though my boy has a heart murmur, coughs a lot, is getting blind, deaf & is an old man now, they still allow him to come get cuts here. Petco on Laguna wouldn't take him anymore after his cough got real bad. Bummerskis. He's been coming here for years. Currently, it does cost a pricey penny. Years ago I remember it was only $45, but, I will still keep coming back here just for him. Only tricky part is finding the place. Even after coming here for years, I still need Google maps because I take the wrong turns sometimes. For appointments, it's helpful to be flexible. Usually they don't take same day grooming due to being booked. Appointments typically are weeks out, especially in the warmer months.

Seven Years Strong -- Still the Only Place I Trust for My Pup!…read more This place is excellent. I've been a customer for about six and a half years and have recommended it to many family members and friends-all of whom have returned and become regulars themselves. Over the years, several groomers have worked on Quinn, but I've found consistency with David. He is accommodating with scheduling, and his service is always quick, friendly, and professional. One detail I especially appreciate is his attentiveness. If he notices any changes in my dog's behavior while in his care, he always communicates it right away so I can monitor it. That kind of responsibility and awareness makes a real difference. The location is a little tucked away, but there's plenty of parking, including reserved spots for Noah's Ark customers. The staff, aside from David, are equally kind and welcoming. For first-time visits, proof of rabies vaccination is required, which speaks to their commitment to safety and responsible practices. Pricing is fair and reasonable, and most importantly, every dog I've seen come out of here-including mine-looks happy, well-groomed, and comfortable returning.
