I found some great deals on baby clothes! I was pleasantly surprised by how big the store was and how much they had. However, I was not impressed with the customer service. There were two women working there when I went in and they both seemed unhappy and not at all welcoming. Nice finds, especially since babies go through things so quick, strollers, pack n plays. The first time you donate (even if the things aren't even useful) they start with roughly 30-40$. As you continue, they seem to purposely not take your things anymore and the payback all of a sudden isn't worth it. 6$ for numerous items, including toys, baby mattress, pack n play, chairs, brand new clothes never worn.. given back and got 8$ total another time. Plato's closet does the same. If they recognize your name in the system or face, price payback gets more and more pathetic. bad customer service, the workers huff and puff if you ask them a simple question. read more

Lots for Tots in Manchester honestly has poor customer service. Their employees are consistently rude and give a strong impression that any interaction with a customer, including the check-out process, is an annoyance. On my most recent visit there, I greeted the employee behind the counter next to the door on my way in (because she didn't greet me) and got a rude grunt of a hello in return. That's just one example from my experiences there over the past 3 years. read more

on Saturday I spent time going through my girls clothes to bring in and ended up with 5 bins of clothes and shoes. I went in as it was my first time and asked if I could bring the bins in and I was instructed to bring them in the back. I brought a bin in and then was told to drive around which I did. I brought the bins to backdoor and the person working already had an attitude and told me she could not help me bring them inside. I understand if it's a liability issue but make room for people bringing in the items. I was instructed that would take about an hour and then they would decide. when I went back my bins were still mostly full and I was given $67.00. I asked why as I was curious because it was my first time. she told me there was stains and wear and tear and then told me items were from 2006.....um my girls were born in 2018 and 2020. she was rude and unwelcoming. the girl that was working the front was eating her lunch on the sales floor and was also not super friendly. this was not the experience I was hoping for. not sure who the owners are but if you read this you should probably re-evaluated what customer service is and keep in mind people wanting to sell their items keeps you in business. terrible customer service lady yelled at my 7 yr old for touching a toy. when i told her i already told him to put it down she proceeded to yell at me. not to mention the prices. no used toy should be $25 especially a small toy at that. read more

I love finding new toys and clothing for my 1 year old granddaughter. I thought that I would take a peek and see what they had and was pleasantly surprised. I found a brand new stroller, a activity table and a little jacket that was just gently used. The amount that I paid was just a fraction of the normal price. Not worth the trip for $50.00. I brought 129 piece of children's very gently used clothes (no summer clothes) and they only kept 43 of the best pieces. This included jackets and Under Armer sweatshirts. I went over the clothes with the lady, and I had two pieces that did have a small rip and the other a small stain. read more

I happen to be in the area to run some errands, and came across this store- And YAY .... maternity clothing! :) Who wants to spend money on temporary clothing? I ended up finding a few tops here at great prices! They have a lot of kids clothing too as well as kids toys and accessories. Baby carriers, high chairs, etc. Pricing, I thought was very reasonable, and store is pretty much organized well. I will say it was a little cramped in some spaces, especially with my growing tummy lol. I will stop in here again when the little one is here to make an appearance :) read more

Really quite sad how expensive this place has gotten went here in the beginning of the year and they had some good deals but going back I have to say the prices are absolutely ridiculous for examples used high chair $79.99 used diaper bags $29.99 used stroller+car seat $199.99 even the baby clothes are priced crazy I picked up one pair of shorts for 6 month old and it was $5.99 all of these items are used and worn I was shocked. All it takes is a google search to see you can find WAY better deals for brand new items online or at different stores such as Walmart even used blankies I saw for more then you can find new blankets for. Didn't wanna have to make this review but it's expensive enough having a baby don't wanna see anyone getting scammed by this place. So sad what greed does to a good business read more

Pros- The store has lots to offer- great selections for clothes and all sorts of toys and baby gear. Cons- very small and not organized. As for selling clothes. I did not like leaving my bags in the back for the girls to sort through, and me not allowed to stay there and watch. Have to have a lot of faith that they don't just pull clothes and set them aside ....... also, there is no set exact rate. So you don't know what you are getting until the very end. Then come to find they only picked $20 worth of clothing and gave the rest of my clothes back to me. read more

Very disappointed in my recent consign on 8/29/2020 Upon the return of my Items they weren't taking pieces to my baby breeza are missing now making it Unusable I received one sandal back and not the other leaving me without the pair mate. When I contacted the store they offered no resolution and basically called me a liar. I was diligent in recording my items when I brought them in to include pictures of these items prior to bringing them. Very disorganized. Over priced. And fraud in the information they give you when they called to tell me my consign was complete they stated we took a "small pile" when in fact they took 14 brand new with tag baby outfits, 12 pairs of brand new little girl shoes, brand new kids winter boots, half a trash bag of maternity clothes and half a bag of newborn- 3 month clothes, new crib bumpers, New changing pad, and portable swing all for $68. That's not a small pile. It's not about the $$ it's about the lack of costumer service specially when you lose my stuff. I will do not recommend this place to shop and certainly not to consign. read more

I stopped in here on a whim last Christmas after I'd shopped at one of the other nearby stores. I'm glad I did. Was able to buy several outfits for my nieces and spend 1/4 of what I would have even at Marshall's or Walmart. You will have to hunt a bit, especially in baby/toddler section, everything is packed into a small space. The selection dwindles as you move to clothes for kids then teens but you can usually find something. Do check over what you buy here as it is used clothing. Nothing was ripped or broken or the like. Toddler items seem to be in the $2.99-$4.99 price range. Good selection of wall art for kids/baby rooms. Wonderful selection of kids toys, most in perfect or near perfect condition. Same thing with baby gear! Great prices. Sit n spins for 3.99+. Bags of 5+ matchbox cars for 2.99-3.99. Train table with organizational tubs for 29.99. Painted real wooden kitchen sink with cabinets above & below in perfect condition for 49.99. Board games. Legos. Baby gear. *CASH for your kids clothes, toys, gear* - Call & make an appt to bring them your nice baby, toddler, kid's clothes, toys, baby gear, & get cash on the spot. It's not much, they give you maybe 25% of what they turn around & sell your item for BUT no one else takes toys & it's nice to get rid of lots of things all at once & get cash. They usually don't take books as they seem to always have too many, so I'd ask before bringing them. I've only brought toys & baby gear so I'm not sure how picky they are about clothes but if you bring toys, baby gear, it must be very gently used & if it takes batteries, make sure they work. If it's a pricier item, print an information sheet with the price from an online retailer like Amazon & they're more likely to take the item. Cons: the store is very slightly disorganized. It is a LOT in a SMALL space. The toys are just on shelves (loose pieces in bags) & the clothes are organized by size & type but not by color so if you're anal like that just keep it in mind. Love this place. Prices are amazing. Clothing is either in excellent condition or brand new. The staff is great. Great rotating selection of baby must haves, gates, furniture, ect. One negative is that I don't think they assess the toys working condition before sale. I bought a little mechanical piano and it didn't work. I only paid $2 though. We return each season! read more

Prices are fantastic, but selection on toddler clothing is hit or miss - some items are like new condition and some are a little iffy, but you absolutely can't beat their prices! I get all my toys here, plus lots of clothing - you just have to take the time to sift through the slightly disorganized store to find the gems. I usually stop by once every few weeks to check out if they have anything I need. I also have sold some clothing here and they give cash on site - not much, but it's something and no waiting on consignment checks. I went there recently with a bunch of very high quality clothes, including Abercrombie & Limited jeans. I also had a Columbia jacket. The lady wanted to give me $35 for about 70 pieces of clothing. Your better off donating your clothes for a tax deduction. Also at first thought she was taken less clothes. I still had said no thank and she started putting the clothes in my bag and that is when I saw more of my clothes hidden behind the other ones...very slimy if you ask me! read more

I love this store! But yesterday changed how I feel about it. My husband was shopping next door and I said i was going to pop into 'Lots for Tots' because i have a bunch of baby stuff to get rid of. I was just going in to ask what the details were for that process. I barely got through the door, and she says to me "There's 5 minuets" "ok great, bye" I said. You just lost my business for good. I used to work retail, and it doesn't matter if there's 5 mins or if you just opened.. you treat that customer as if your doors just opened for the day. So overpriced. Items that you know have gone through multiple children and they charge 2/3 or more than the brand new price. Just visited recently and the price on a well used Peg Perego high chair was 199.00. The original brand new price is the same. Can do better on clothing prices by hitting the sales at Sears or if you're not brand fussy, going to Walmart or Target. If you are brand fussy, you can do better on the clearance racks at TJMax. read more
