complete clown show. knowingly lie about listing, condition, actual product, comleteness and fabricate their retail price amounts to manipulate bidding. even after being informed about the above misrepresentation and lack of professionalism they take zero actions that deliver improved results and appear to have zero accountability. they love to reply with cut and paste responses. their management admitted that they rarely look at trouble tickets submitted as they outsource their replies. easy to see because you get replies at midnight or later. rarely during normal texas business hours. if you love wasting time and money bidding and picking up items that don't resemble the item described or pictured then the dallas and denton locations will be your best friends. otherwise run away far and fast!! i've included just a couple of pics below of helmet listed as orange $101 helmet and actual helmet was red and a $45 helmet. a wax warmer that was listed as new no damage. hell even stevie wonder could have run his fingers across that and known it was damaged and he's blind. selling expired medication first aid kits 20+ times even after being notified 10+ times. listing and relisting cheapo $8.99 set of three reading glasses for $999 even after being notified three times. do not believe a word they say respond to or post. zero professionalism. zero integrity. read more

This auction site is terrible, what a joke!!! They misrepresented nearly half of the items that I have won. They show items that are new yet when you get home and open the box there are missing or broken pieces. Their return policy is short but you do get 7 days to return an item, however, several items that I returned that were broken or didn't work at all were relisted as new! Finally, I returned 4 items and received acknowledgement of the returns but 2 weeks later and numerous emails to them I have yet to receive my refund. UNACCEPTABLE!!! read more

We were visiting family in the area and they raved about this place. We won a few things, set a pick up time, showed up at our chosen time, and were on the road in about 2 minutes!! It was super fast, and they actually loaded the items in our car. The 3 items we got were as described with no issues. I would recommend this auction house. Nellis Auctions for the last 2 months. --Oh my gosh! This was in a box so I felt it was new and clean while I was laid up with a sprained ankle. After returning home from retrieving my orders I learned that the preseasoned Lodge Dutch oven that was advertised as a 7qt. oven in actuality is a 5qt. oven. If the product had been advertised correctly I would not have bid on it, as it's too small for my family of 7. False advertising on the part of lotsofauctions. I live 40 mi away. Auto fuel, toll fees, and the extra time are not worth the extra expense and additional time for me to return the item to the LOA warehouse. I also bought a queen size Globon brand down comforter advertised as made in USA, 100% down and 100% cotton. The comforter is in fact a blend of down and polyester and made in China, but at least the outer covering is 100% cotton, but still some false advertising. The tag is visible that anyone literate could have easily noticed and then corrected the posted information. I paid a little less than $7 total for the comforter, and that's the win from the purchase and why I won't return the item. I will not trust the LOA website sales listing team for honesty or accuracy again. I will bring a tape measure to verify for any future purchases and read any attached labels, and anything that isn't what the LOA claims in their auction advertising will be left at the warehouse and a refund will be requested.  The staff have been friendly when picking up items. It is usually busy so don't expect a quick in and out visit. Inspect products on sight - there are tables set up to use that are also near outlets to test electronic items. read more

The auction process is simple and straightforward and the product variety is nice. I have acquired a few terrific deals, however, consumers should be aware of the many pitfalls, including those described below. *Items are frequently misrepresented or altogether different than described. *Personal use items are often used and proper steps are not taken to adequately inform the bidder (e.g. - a lotion dispenser full of someone else's lotion, an air plunger someonehas alreadyused in their toilet etc.). *Warehouse staff regularly fails to pull the correct item (i.e. - an off-brand item is delivered when you purchased a branded item). *Parts are frequently missing or broken. Sometimes, the description will state pieces are missing, but not consistently. *Returns are only accepted if the item isn't functioning. *The last day of the pickup period is also the last day for returns. So, if you pick up on that day, you must immediately confirm everything is in working order because it's also your return deadline. *The Dallas warehouse is insanely disorganized. You will wait at least an hour to receive your order. *As of December 2023, the scheduling system isn't functioning. *The invoice printing feature does not work. If you select specific invoices to print, it prepares only your very first invoices. For example, if you select your 4 most recent invoices to print, the site will prepare your FIRST 4 invoices. You have to select all, then de-select the ones you don't want in order to print only a few. A complete overhaul is necessary to ensure items are clearly and honestly represented so consumers have necessary information before bidding. Before this business got big, you could find a great deal on returned merchandise for resell. The wait wasn't too long and the staff was courteous and respectful. Now, it takes 30 min to an hour to get your items and half the time the item is the wrong and/or broken. Also, you have 7 days from the date of the auction to pick up your items or "it's returned" and you forfeit your item (no refunds). Returned to where? Is this even legal? If you buy anything electronic or hydraulic that has to be installed into something you better do it fast. 7 times out of 10 the item is broken, breaks after the return date, or doesn't work all together. Also, better check the pictures in the listing and price on Amazon before you bid on anything. More than 50% of the time it's the wrong picture or wrong MSRP and the other people bidding on it bid up to 90% of the MSRP thinking they're getting an incredible deal. And when you message them to check it or change the pic/price, they don't do it in time. Overall this place is a sad garage sale at best. read more

Absolutely the worst auction pickup process in the Dallas area. Denton location is fine, but the Dallas location is atrocious! Be prepared to sit for 2-3 hours waiting for your items. The owner of the company has no regard for other people's time and threatens you with pulling your bidding rights if you complain. Missing items from your invoice, they say they will try and find them, but never do, then you have to fight to get a refund. Add to the attitude problem that in my opinion is racist against white people having observed how accommodating she is to all the people she prefers. They put used and damaged items in the auction and then give you crap when you want to return it. Bid on items from the Denton location only. Night and day difference!!! read more

If you like buying broken crap or items that can't be located, great place to shop! Word of advice, don't bid on anything that "could be damaged" because they will tell you all sales are "as-is" even though they do not show any photos of the product. It's a complete farce to re-sell damaged stuff they purchased on lot sales! read more
