She was rude and as previous reviews state she micro-manages everything. Her personality is both drab and she seems miserable. Jolene was the esthetician that I was going to see, she was great and I looked forward to seeing her and receiving treatment. Customer service is important and the owner lacks a sense of understanding and to basically not believe me is unfair, I'm delivering the paperwork that I copied. Although other med spas do not have this restriction it's their option to have it. If being on certain medications is their hard stop- they should let clients know. This tells me all I need to know about how they conduct business.
