They refuse to see patients in person. Voicemails are rarely if ever returned. One of the providers left the clinic and we were told until 2 weeks later as we had an appointment approaching. For the last 6 months medication refills to our pharmacy have been last (ran out of meds) or for the wrong amounts or just not sent in. At some point our pharmacy will not want to deal with them. Its that bad. Yes we are searching for a new provider but in the day that can take 3 to 6 months for a new patient. Awful experiences.
